Was a green-keeper for years and the worst thing the golf course ever did was drop the membership prices incredibly low in a frantic marketing attempt…
Many people were turning up purely because it was cheap, not because they cared for the club/ community/ quality.
Littering increased, the greens were destroyed and some of the more loyal members moved on to other clubs.
As nice as it is to try and offer premium stuff for the lowest price It can definitely hurt your USP…

@@creator-booth don't know if it's a me problem, but I hear some white noise in the mic recording, not echo, but maybe that's always been there, the lack of music I think is what made it pop a little more for me

This guy knows his onions. Reminds me of the time I secured my first client about 30 years ago. It was a big corporate and they wanted me to find and buy property for them. I was working out of my parent's spare bedroom having been made redundant and I drafted a quote based on what I could afford to do the work for. It came out to about £2,000 a month plus £3k fee per property purchased. Then, just before I pitched to them, I realised my specific skills would add significant value to this big company. I quoted £7,500 a month plus £10,000 per site acquired and they didn't even blink. And then I delivered 110% like a mad man.
You tend to find larger companies want to spend more, they know cheap dont work out well

Hey Ed, I have a question (not relatable). I have been looking on my channel settings and researching and I can't find it. What I am trying to find is where it shows when you had a certain amount of subscribers at a certain time (e.g. 'you had 62 Subscribers on the 4th of August 2023'. Is there such a way I can find this?
On desktop go to Analytics, You'll find "see live count" on the right side of the screen below you current sub count. By default it only shows the last 7 or 28 days, you can change the date range to whatever you want.
Im not sure that exists, I've not seen it from what I can remember anyway

I need help, am very good at creating and optimising Facebook pages for businesses but I don't know how to get clients that will pay me so I basically just do it for free or peanuts for friends, family and acquaintances.
I learnt it's an In demand, not too saturated high income skill so I want to learn how I can monetize that high income skill and also how and where i can go to get paying business clients to help them create, optimise and manage their Facebook business pages..
PS am also very good at creating LinkedIn business pages and optimising them for engagement and leads..
