Made it halfway and started tearing up haha just got told by my therapist recently I have inattentive ADHD and she suggesting me to get a diagnosis if I want medication. I felt broken and stupid my whole life, I'm 22.
I just found out I have inattentive adhd and I’m 40! Thinking back, a lot of things make sense, now that I know. Thankfully, since I found out, I was able to spot it in my daughter and catch it while she is still young.
Its a good thing you know, I just found out that I have adhd inattentive at 22, I have felt broken and depressed my whole life, but now I know it wasn't my fault. I have failed two traineeships because I couldn't get myself to do the course work and study, and then when I do study, nothing I read stays in my brain, no matter how many times I read it.
