Beautiful as always, Jule! You're super-generous to be willing to combine orders for people who submit two (or more) separate orders. I know of no other yarn producers who do this, and some state explicitly that they cannot. I understand you want to help out your customers with shipping expenses, but still . . . as your business grows, it's necessary to do things more efficiently and especially to take care of yourself. I wholeheartedly support you in doing that.

I've seen some companies increase their yarn prices by almost 60% (this past year) without warning or explanation which is always a blow to customers - especially when these companies have social media platforms like Instagram where they can give their loyal customers a heads up so to speak. Most companies don't realise that customers will understand why price rises have to happen (especially in the current climate), but putting prices up without warning can feel like a shock. It's disappointing to customers who are also dealing with price rises in their life and would appreciate price rise warnings in order to stock up if they had a need to. Thank you again for letting us know and will definitely be checking out your next shop update 🙂

It is never easy to talk about this as a small business owner but I prefer to be transparent rather than disappointing people by not communicating sensitive topics like a price change well!
What a gorgeous lineup! I was deadset on snagging some Crimson but Mahogany and Pigeon are just so stunning - I can't decide! Beautiful work as always. I hope you are doing well and so excited to see what the new year brings for your yarn business.
I absolutely love this update!!! I can't even imagine all the work put into making such beautiful yarn from start to finish. This is just a suggestion but it would be nice to know in the videos the prices for each base so that when we watch the collection previews, we can sort of start calculating and budgeting for which bases/colors we will purchase. I am fortunate enough to have been purchasing for a while in your shop and know the price for the 4 ply BFL/Masham and DK bases as well as the corriedale base but it would be nice to know the price of the black yarn base for this collection as well as the aran weight base. Thank you again for all that you do!!!
