Thanks for all that you do bigdaddy. HERE'S WHAT I DID FOR THE GLOVES: Much cheaper to buy "PERCENT increased energy shield" fracture, about half the price, got one for 20 divine. Then I spammed veiled chaos orbs FIRST. Even if I didn't roll any other mods, I would always unveil first, then slam exalts. ALWAYS set yourself up to use eldritch exalts, because they are significantly cheaper than regulars (since they can't be used for many purposes). Then the suffixes were done entirely with eldritch chaos, exalts and annuls as well. I was looking for high tier int, and any resist. Then crafted on 12% attack speed from the bench. -- The reason the %inc local energy shield fracture is cheaper is because bench crafting flat inc energy shield is worse than bench crafting % inc energy shield. This crafting method sacrifices a little suffix power for potentially even higher energy shield from prefixes. If you want a perfect item, it may be about as expensive in the end, however it will most likely be significantly cheaper if you settle a bit. Please somebody correct me if I am wrong or missed anything. GLHF
I dove into this because your video is very well put together and it looks legit. I played Intell stacking HOWA MS Jugg a few years ago and thought it loos similar but even tankier, and indeed it is. This build is absolutely amazing and really good for delving not to mention bossing. Map speed is...meh? But acceptable considering. I even bought awakened multi strike, awakened GMP and 2x 3% of armour applies to ele damage . PS: the advise to leave out Wrath untill later is sound. Smite carries your lightning damage HARD without it, so going with Haste untiil then is best for sure.
Found a 3-passive voices today literally on my third simulacrum with an explode ignite chieftain - already spent 4/5 of the money but I've definitely been considering giving this another whirl since it was quite fun last time, not the fastest build but definitely one of the comfiest - being able to do almost any kind of content without even paying attention to the game is pretty great.
thanks for this. i just swapped from the budget doryani's prototype version to this and it's much better. gear prices have gone up a bit since the video came out but 150 divine is still pretty realistic.
One thing that kinda blew my mind: if clearing with Molten Strike is awkward, you can pretty much kill every single white/blue mob in the map with Smite socketed into March of the Legion. Yeah, it's 1L, yeah, it still rocks 1m tooltip DPS. Dunno how.
Excellent build. The best I've played as. But the inflation is just insane. I luckily got gloves two weeks ago for 10 div. Now the equivalent is 150-200 div.

I saved currency for weeks to put the budget MB version of this build together with near 1.7 mil armor 90 all res and 2.3k regen only to find that there aren’t enough “mini-transcendence” charms on console to go around. Only 2 in existence and they’re 60 and 70Div each. I’m not sure if they are whats missing but I am dying to a lot of different mobs on all types of maps. I let doesn’t feel that tanky to me and I’m hoping that once I self farm the missing charms that I can do the content I thought I could do with this build. That said, you make fantastic content and made the basic mechanics of armor stacking very understandable.

I finally farmed the “budget” mageblood setup for this build, however I hate molten strike so I’m gonna try out the smite version. I’m still lost with the jewels but I’m slowly learning 😂

I'm lvl 91 and swapped to armour stacker a few levels ago, really enjoying, although i'm having abit of dps issues vs bosses that heals themselves (sometimes it's longer or sometimes I cant even outdps the heal). Do you have any idea why it's happening ? And also, how do you level up to lvl 100 ?

Would this setup work on something like Jugg / Chieftain? Jugg seems to have the most budget friendly jewels, but then again, I've never played any stacker build.
I'm levelling a Scion right now to play this build and have most of the gear ready (just need a few more small clusters). I do have a Mageblood - for the swap to the armor stacker build at 75, would you recommend dropping Haste and using Wrath instead since I can scale flasks? I think I'll have my res covered as well. EDIT: Never mind, I was just playing around with my PoB and that's exactly what I have to do. I picked up a Wrath version of Aul's Uprising as it was far cheaper than the Purity of Elements one, so turning off Wrath won't do anything for me and you can't exactly lose Purity of Elements. Looks like I can start comfortably with the transition from lvl 74, picking up the missing cluster first to be able to use Haste before moving on to hit max res cap then the Cloth and Chain wheel last.
@@Bigdaddytehpwnerereerr yeah it did start feeling much better once I hit 93 and could run Haste. For future reference: I'm running it with Splitting Steel and it's...okay. The PoB puts out a whole heck of a lot more damage than the Molten Strike version and it does hit like a freight train (w/Volatility, Damage on Full Life, Pierce, Awakened Lightning Pen and Awakened Elemental Damage with Attacks). I also slapped target pierce and rage gen on my gloves instead of the ones in your PoB. The downsides are 1) mana - the mana cost/sec is way higher than with Molten Strike so you can't really get that much out of Vaal Haste, and 2) Fortify, since you're relying only on Smite to get fortification stacks. tl;dr Molten Strike is probably a ton smoother but Splitting Steel has higher burst damage potential.
Been grinding my butt off and telling myself to not start my armour stacker until I have 1-2 mirrors at the bare minimum - this video is exactly what I wanted to see! Thank you! Quick question, is Smite as a main skill always going to be worse DPS than Molten or Lightning Strike? I know you showed it is in this particular setup/PoB but with higher investments can Smite be set up any differently? It's a bit sad seeing it be not even 50% of the DPS as Molten Strike, I guess it's probably Nimis doing Nimis things no matter the budget haha.
For damage scaling, molten strike is just undeniably gonna be better. There's really no contest there. If you have enough budget in it, a pure smite version is doable for at least non deep delve content, but it's never gonna hit as much dps as molten strike. It's definitely an option if you want to save yourself a button, and don't plan on delving though.

@robt9391 probably can upgrade gems first. There are some big gear changes going from this build to the budget one. It would be best to get it all at once imo. Mainly because reservation is pretty tight. Some of the items you get can be used in your current build probably, like the charms or gems.
How about using Splitting Steel? I've seen some pretty stupid damage numbers w/Nimis, and it seems like a decent delivery system for the aura stacking damage.
When would be a good time to switch to transcendence timeless jewel? im 1.4m armour, and kinda at that ceiling point wanting to make the next step. is it basically a currency thing at this point? lol
For transcendence to work, you need to stack a lot of source of phys taken as ele. Transcendence makes armor no longer protect you against phys, so if you're not converting phys dmg taken and if you don't have a lot of %phys dmg reduction (which you can't get anymore since guardian rework on armor stacker), transcendence is gonna make you die extremely fast.

I love tanky builds. I don't care THAT much about the dps unless im gonna farm ubers (which i usually have a seperate bosskiller char for), but as long as its in the 15mil range, u don't really need more. Could you showcase a juiced wisp map with scarabs perhaps? And maybe play around with gems/talents to suit mapping more.

There no reason to use aegis on this build and I think a dawnbreaker might even be better for tanking big phys hits. But nothing's stopping you from doing that. All you do is put the shield on, no other changes required. You will lose half of your damage
Wrath/Smite is the primary source of damage. You're doing lightning damage. Think of Molten Strike as a delivery mechanism for Wrath's /Smites lightning damage.
Would you say that with ~500 div budget it's better to go for upgraded version of this build or try something with grasping mail? I wanna try this and I love the aegis on high armour builds but I'm not sure if 500 d is enough for all the items.
Crafting a good grasping mail could end up costing half your budget and the vaal regalia setup with formless flame will be similar dmg with more ES than a badly crafted grasping mail. Better to do this with MB and upgrade some of the other items

hello, i have noob armour stacker question. why not use perseverance and just remove Iron Reflexes? i thought, this change allows to equip highdps weapon instead of replica dreamfeather
I really want to try this out, the only thing is as of now by pricing everything out the gap between this version and the budget version is almost 400 div difference. even with a mage blood added into this version that's still a 300 div gap because mage blood is so "cheap" this league. So if i have this version is just adding a mage blood enough to help push this version a lot or do I need to be able to afford the other stuff in the budget set up before adding the mageblood.
Just adding a mageblood will double your DPS. You don't really need to swap all the gear to the next pob. Start with MB and this then if you wanna push the build further you can look into the other items.
I would compare stats to other builds on ladder. Look at the max hit taken numbers on phys and ele, then DPS. Sorry I haven't delved with stats like this before
Im a bs delver not as but from my exp you need x5 damage for 1000+ bosses. I have 50-90 mil damage from beginning to low hp and aul fights is 10 min. II think you can be comfortable at smth around 600 depth.
New smite is a bit weaker and you will need to run a normal smite aswell in boots to get the smite aura (trans smite doesn't grant an aura). It's added dmg effectiveness is a bit lower too. But yes it probably will be good enough to run.
I end up with 87 all res with this exact setup, what am i missing. Edit: I see I was missing some aura effect which actually raises max res im assuming from purity of fire!
So I am looking at how you tanked, atziri's flameblas a few times. If I take your pob and see your dmg mitigation from uber atziri its about 11k, so this wouldnt be possible to survive with this es pool. On non uber about 10.5k dmg and normal boss is 3.5k. Now is it safe to assume that the valdo map shown with atziri's flame blast is of the normal boss dmg? And then is it safe to assume that this build wouldnt be able to tank the uber atziri with mortal frags fight?
I'm not sure about that... Or if the pob calculation for that is correct. It says this build can tank 3 memory game hits, but in-game that's definitely not possible on this version
Hollow palm smite is what I did. Never leveled a scion and just built as I went focusing on dex + evasion + life.. got to about 1k dex and 30k evasion before I swapped at 80ish which was doable but a little too early, 90+ would be better. You need 100 to fit all the auras. Can drop wrath and defiance banner, stuff like that until you get there.
bro, i made an armour stacker chieftain. I have a grasping mail around 100d, mb, +2 flameless helm, jinxed juju and other stuff , approximately 350div, and the build is still shit. No recovery, 20k ehp and 4mil dps. Should i go for scion instead?
made this build yesterday and everything is working quite well except one problem, i seem to be very weak against elemental damage and i constantly get one shotted from bosses like black star in polaric void , also i noticed that we dont really have spell suppress? ( newbie to stacking build btw ) how do i keep myself from one shot ?
You want to get 90% all res first, that's basically the same as supress. Then armour applies to elemental damage taken charms. After that increasing your ES pool. Maybe post your PoB in my discord so we can take a look!
@@curiouscag5608 I found the answer in the compendium he has linked. Flask % cost reduction and some on the tree gets it to 100% reduction or very close
Just change flasks. For unique 5th flask, ToH, dying sun or bottled faith. Also you can drop the reduced mana cost cluster on the passive tree probably.

@@hazu972 You use it. You attack with it, and it gives added lightning damage for 4 or 5 seconds whatever it is. You have to keep doing it to keep the buff up. It's a LOT of lightning damage to attacks. More than Wrath actually. The amazing thing is with this builds extreme amounts of increased aura effect ( smite is an aura) it clears packs by its self.
@@insertnamehere4419 Oooooh I see, I just tested it, indeed it gives a lot of dps. LS is still better to clear out so I guess I have to rotate between LS and smite to keep the buff up. Thanks man il helps a lot !
@chadlariviere7953 it's a very common mod, usually I get it in like 2-5 or so. Worst case, use a +2 shapers touch with ancestral call in your links till you can make the gloves I guess.
Hey, completely unrelated question, but how do you manage buttons in your builds using kaoms + berserk? Do you unlist certain auras just so you can fit everything in? The issue I'm having is that using berserk on left click leaves me with no space for molten shell.

If you don't mind me asking another question, in all setups using rage + aegis (even the expensive one), I struggle to see what to do against dots/degens. Aside from leech and es on hit, it seems like there is nothing to ensure you from surviving damage over time. Am I missing something?
if you struggle to put all aura's on your bars you should use weapon swap. swap to a shitty weapon put nearly all your aura's there and then weapon swap back to enable the rest. ezpz
Buy ilvl 78+ 3 passive jewels and alt roll until you hit introspection, then aug/regal for fire res, all res, max energy shield, or intelligence in that order. If you hit introspection, 5% fire, and es or int, as an example, keep it. The extra stats aren't that important and you can upgrade them later. Hitting 9% fire res on all 9 jewels adds up to 162% extra res aka 162% increased armor as an example. It adds up, but it doesn't make or break the build.

Yea that works. I usually drop wrath if possible since you get flat from smite aura and having haste up feels great

I got a smite version in standard with 6 Billions dps. So dont be wrong about people telling you molten strike or ls is better

doryanis is alot of damage and i think the cheapest variant you can go, but mana siphoners and any lightning dot will kill you

For all those builds do I need to try save for the whole lot or can I slowly make the transition over time? Ty for getting back to me. @robt9391 probably can upgrade gems first. There are some big gear changes going from this build to the budget one. It would be best to get it all at once imo. Mainly because reservation is pretty tight. Some of the items you get can be used in your current build probably, like the charms or gems.
How about using Splitting Steel? I've seen some pretty stupid damage numbers w/Nimis, and it seems like a decent delivery system for the aura stacking damage.
When would be a good time to switch to transcendence timeless jewel? im 1.4m armour, and kinda at that ceiling point wanting to make the next step. is it basically a currency thing at this point? lol
For transcendence to work, you need to stack a lot of source of phys taken as ele. Transcendence makes armor no longer protect you against phys, so if you're not converting phys dmg taken and if you don't have a lot of %phys dmg reduction (which you can't get anymore since guardian rework on armor stacker), transcendence is gonna make you die extremely fast.

Or i could just get a fractured and craft it from 0. What would be good stats to get on it? I'm assuming I can craft it just like the hubris with loathing essences 🤔
I love tanky builds. I don't care THAT much about the dps unless im gonna farm ubers (which i usually have a seperate bosskiller char for), but as long as its in the 15mil range, u don't really need more. Could you showcase a juiced wisp map with scarabs perhaps? And maybe play around with gems/talents to suit mapping more.

hey thanks for good content about armor stacker builds. I'm on budget prototype/aegis/smite main dps atm (late on league low budget like very low). It's not gonna be as tanky without charms. You might need to work in more defences

There no reason to use aegis on this build and I think a dawnbreaker might even be better for tanking big phys hits. But nothing's stopping you from doing that. All you do is put the shield on, no other changes required.

have you tried splitting steel, instead of molten strike? it has much more damage and doesn't need ancestral call nor strike target limits

Wrath/Smite is the primary source of damage. You're doing lightning damage. Think of Molten Strike as a delivery mechanism for Wrath's /Smites lightning damage.

Would you say that with ~500 div budget it's better to go for upgraded version of this build or try something with grasping mail? I wanna try this and I love the aegis on high armour builds but I'm not sure if 500 d is enough for all the items.
Crafting a good grasping mail could end up costing half your budget and the vaal regalia setup with formless flame will be similar dmg with more ES than a badly crafted grasping mail. Better to do this with MB and upgrade some of the other items
Btw the small cluster jewels are 60d just for the base. You need 8 in the build...

hello, i have noob armour stacker question. why not use perseverance and just remove Iron Reflexes? i thought, this change allows to equip highdps weapon instead of replica dreamfeather
There is no weapon in the game that will give you more damage scaling than rep dreamfeather and iron reflexes.
I really want to try this out, the only thing is as of now by pricing everything out the gap between this version and the budget version is almost 400 div difference. even with a mage blood added into this version that's still a 300 div gap because mage blood is so "cheap" this league. So if i have this version is just adding a mage blood enough to help push this version a lot or do I need to be able to afford the other stuff in the budget set up before adding the mageblood.
Just adding a mageblood will double your DPS. You don't really need to swap all the gear to the next pob. Start with MB and this then if you wanna push the build further you can look into the other items.
How do you think this budget version would preform in Delve? around what depth would you be comfortable bringing it to?
I would compare stats to other builds on ladder. Look at the max hit taken numbers on phys and ele, then DPS. Sorry I haven't delved with stats like this before
Im a bs delver not as but from my exp you need x5 damage for 1000+ bosses. I have 50-90 mil damage from beginning to low hp and aul fights is 10 min. II think you can be comfortable at smth around 600 depth.
This build cannot kill uber exarch at 200div investment. Something my 40d str stacker can do without even sweat
compared to smite.. molten strike feels so clunky to play especialy while mapping :/ its actually sooo bad
what about the new smite gem, i have to admit LS and MS are really bad to play with : /
New smite is a bit weaker and you will need to run a normal smite aswell in boots to get the smite aura (trans smite doesn't grant an aura). It's added dmg effectiveness is a bit lower too. But yes it probably will be good enough to run.

I am currently leveling a scion cuz a friend gave me mageblood, can I get the budget version mageblood pob please
I end up with 87 all res with this exact setup, what am i missing. Edit: I see I was missing some aura effect which actually raises max res im assuming from purity of fire!
So I am looking at how you tanked, atziri's flameblas a few times. If I take your pob and see your dmg mitigation from uber atziri its about 11k, so this wouldnt be possible to survive with this es pool. On non uber about 10.5k dmg and normal boss is 3.5k. Now is it safe to assume that the valdo map shown with atziri's flame blast is of the normal boss dmg? And then is it safe to assume that this build wouldnt be able to tank the uber atziri with mortal frags fight?
I'm not sure about that... Or if the pob calculation for that is correct. It says this build can tank 3 memory game hits, but in-game that's definitely not possible on this version

Hollow palm smite is what I did. Never leveled a scion and just built as I went focusing on dex + evasion + life.. got to about 1k dex and 30k evasion before I swapped at 80ish which was doable but a little too early, 90+ would be better. You need 100 to fit all the auras. Can drop wrath and defiance banner, stuff like that until you get there.
bro, i made an armour stacker chieftain. I have a grasping mail around 100d, mb, +2 flameless helm, jinxed juju and other stuff , approximately 350div, and the build is still shit. No recovery, 20k ehp and 4mil dps. Should i go for scion instead?

made this build yesterday and everything is working quite well except one problem, i seem to be very weak against elemental damage and i constantly get one shotted from bosses like black star in polaric void , also i noticed that we dont really have spell suppress? ( newbie to stacking build btw ) how do i keep myself from one shot ?
You want to get 90% all res first, that's basically the same as supress. Then armour applies to elemental damage taken charms. After that increasing your ES pool. Maybe post your PoB in my discord so we can take a look!

@@curiouscag5608 I found the answer in the compendium he has linked. Flask % cost reduction and some on the tree gets it to 100% reduction or very close
I've spent 40 d crafting the gloves and can't get the unveil. this game hates me.

Why does it go from 500k ehp to 112k from just removing and replugging the charms?
I'm not sure but did you put the right ones back in? The charms are a big part of this builds defense
One charm is 30k ehp. The third one for some reason adds 350k ehp when slotted

Just change flasks. For unique 5th flask, ToH, dying sun or bottled faith. Also you can drop the reduced mana cost cluster on the passive tree probably.

It will work at level 78 or so+, just cant use Wrath. Whjich is FINE, Smite carries hard( its an aura, scaled by all your increased aura effect).

@@hazu972 You use it. You attack with it, and it gives added lightning damage for 4 or 5 seconds whatever it is. You have to keep doing it to keep the buff up. It's a LOT of lightning damage to attacks. More than Wrath actually. The amazing thing is with this builds extreme amounts of increased aura effect ( smite is an aura) it clears packs by its self.
@@insertnamehere4419 Oooooh I see, I just tested it, indeed it gives a lot of dps. LS is still better to clear out so I guess I have to rotate between LS and smite to keep the buff up. Thanks man il helps a lot !

@chadlariviere7953 it's a very common mod, usually I get it in like 2-5 or so. Worst case, use a +2 shapers touch with ancestral call in your links till you can make the gloves I guess.

Hey, completely unrelated question, but how do you manage buttons in your builds using kaoms + berserk? Do you unlist certain auras just so you can fit everything in? The issue I'm having is that using berserk on left click leaves me with no space for molten shell.

If you don't mind me asking another question, in all setups using rage + aegis (even the expensive one), I struggle to see what to do against dots/degens. Aside from leech and es on hit, it seems like there is nothing to ensure you from surviving damage over time. Am I missing something?

if you struggle to put all aura's on your bars you should use weapon swap. swap to a shitty weapon put nearly all your aura's there and then weapon swap back to enable the rest. ezpz

Buy ilvl 78+ 3 passive jewels and alt roll until you hit introspection, then aug/regal for fire res, all res, max energy shield, or intelligence in that order. If you hit introspection, 5% fire, and es or int, as an example, keep it. The extra stats aren't that important and you can upgrade them later. Hitting 9% fire res on all 9 jewels adds up to 162% extra res aka 162% increased armor as an example. It adds up, but it doesn't make or break the build.
@@matth7118 sadly introspection has such a low weight, an average 80+ tries to even get this passive, not talking about fire res. Very hard to craft
