Yeah. I know. Like about winning the title...that in 10, 15 years from now, he'll be an old guy and that it has been forgotten.
I think he comes across as THE least arrogant fighter there is. (well, 2nd to Thompson who is the genuinly nicest guy all around in the UFC in any regards)
I mean, the way he speaks about himself, his skill, that there is alot of bullshit in the UFC, etc.
He just loves the fight-game, and doesn't believe winning a title elevates him into a demi-God of sorts.
He's the anti-thesis of, say, someone like McGregor. And damn much more entertaining as well.

Sean is a one of kind. I mean, he talks alot, and some of the things he says are pretty far out.
BUT, he is damn blunt and honest! And that is something I truly appreciate about him. No political correctness, just straight as he see things.
I don't always agree with him, nope.But I love that he don't sugarcoat his opinions.
Some has called him a psycho, which I think is related to his now infamous statement of wanting to kill someone inside the octagon.
Honestly, I truly believe he is actually a straight up nice guy if you don't act up against him.
He comes from a bad childhood, and like mentioned, is blunt and honest. That probably rubs some people the wrong way.
But I like the guy. And as an underdog, it's even easier to cheer for him.
Hope he shocks the real king of cringe and takes his title. Cause Adesanya, that's one fighter I don't care much for at all.

@@plapper93 Loved it! Crazy thing is how easy (uh, Izzy? Pun intended) he made it seem.
I mean, Stricklands defence is damn good, that's known. But it was extra crisp against Izzy. The latter could hardly hit him with anything. And the pressure was never ending.
It looked like Sean himself after a while seemed a little surprised how dominating he was.
I must admit that I don't think Stricklands reign as champ will last all too long. I do believe that although he is very good at fighting the way he does, his MMA-toolbox is too limited.
A prime Kamaru Usman, with his wrestling, would not be a fun experience for Sean.
Still, here and now, what a fucking awesome underdog-story.
