►Synopsis:
The Chinese-American surgeon Zhuang Shu (Jin Dong) comes to Xincheng Renhe Hospital to find the accident truth of mother Zhang Shumei 30 years ago and find her missing sister. The deceased's daughter Lu Chenxi (played by Bai Baihe) and her master Bowen (played by Ma Shaohua) grew up to be the chief physician of thoracic surgery. However, they were transferred to the emergency department because they repeatedly offended Yang Fan (played by Liu Yijun), the director of thoracic surgery. And Zhuang Shu repeatedly brought the highly skilled Lu Chenxi back to the thoracic operating table. During their time together, Zhuang Shu's medical skills amazed Lu Chenxi, and his thoughtful consideration for patients made Lu Chenxi reflect. The two gradually fell in love. In the end, Zhuang Shu found his sister and restored his mother's accident with the help of Lu Chenxi. the truth

What the doctor was wearing is alright there’s nothing wrong with that she’s a chief of some department. In some hospitals doctors don’t necessarily wear scrubs. Look at their nurses and hospital staff they’re not on srubs. This is in Asia, doctors usually wear casual or any clothing they want or wear scrubs.
In our States doctors are also so fashionable.. They wear stylish outfits and come to work

I guess it depends on where you work. Here in Puerto Rico is as normal to see a female doctor in high heels, as it is to see her wearing tennis shoes. They usually wear scrubs, but they can use jeans. Whatever ismore comfortable.
Chinese films always dress successful women in stupidly, uncomfortable shoes. I find I cannot take a character seriously if they do that.
I always find it very amusing that in such films the surgeon always has to tell the anesthesiologist in the operating room what to do in emergency situations. He should try that in our clinic, where the anesthesia nurse alone would tell him the right words.

I am kind of stumped over those massive high heeled shoes the female Dr. wears. They don't seem appropriate at all.
Another error in editing. No doctor can work in high heels over a shift lasting hours, not to mention trying to run full speed to a cardiac arrest or other emergency

She expects to be a fully trained fully equipped doctor then she must face the mistakes she makes has serious consequences for patient's lives. Doctors are held to high standards that ensures patients receive best care. Crying?! Its not going to solve anything especially she did not check the records adequately.
Agreed. Especially surgery. She seems to lack confidence and instead of following established guidelines of when to order a transfusion (maybe hasn’t done her homework), she is complacent. I wouldn’t want her in my team either. She is a potential liability.

I'll keep it simple, I'm also from a family of Nurse's soooo many stupid errors and wardrobe issuesanyway the young children see there mother be dragged out and accuse of medical error, their separated and become doctor's themselves but investigating what happen in the past,old doctor has a medical issue hand shaken chest pain and shortness of breath or does he have an addiction and is crashing.
