PLEASE DON'T FEED THE ELEPHANTS! They know how to collectvtheir own food. If human's feed them, the elephants may then attack other cars from which they are fed. Some people may even die. This is obviously v dangeroys for people AND also gives elephants a bad reputation,cwhich is ultimately cruel of the humans.
They are such magnificent animals aren't they. Let us respect them!

Feeding animals on the roads is bad. They will often come to road and attack traffic . If you want to feed animals deposit the food with forest authorities so that they can keep in a place where elephants visit .then they will not frequent road and disturb traffic. Road safty is also important and the animals also should not be disturbed

Buses and lorries drive extremely close near the elephants trunk they don’t care about the majestic elephant . All vehicles through food at the elephant , this is the reason they come to the Road these people don’t care and respect the majestic animals . These Srilankans must watch South African countries treat the wild elephants🎈

Elephants have, alas, lost most of their homeland to humans' unlimited avarice and greed. This video speaks eloquently as to how they are tragically reduced to the status of beggars begging on the roadside for food. A pitiable sight indeed. One aspect however gives hope - they do not seem to be ENTIRELY dependent upon humans, at least as of now... Forests are the homeland for wild animals - the sooner we recognize this obvious fact and do something to further the said fact, the better for both wild animals and humans...

I think that tourists, especially the ones who are not familiar with elephant behaviour, should be given strict instruction regarding photographing and also feeding these great beasts. It only takes one stupid and careless tourist to take too many lberties with wild elephants leading to tragedy ,which will in turn lead to a black mark on our recovering yet ailing tourist industry.
