A little about me:
Sean Daniel is a man. A man of simple needs and desires. And the one desire, no, the one NEED, that stands above all is to spread the challenges, joy and intellectual stimulus of music to people of Earth and beyond.

Andrea, I think I commented on this song a few days ago (at my age it's hard to remember anything) and I said your vocals were so very soulful. It just hit me listening to this video who you remind me of in this song. None other than Billie Holiday. (if you're not familiar please go listen to her) phenomenal vocalist. Sean, you did good man.

First girls vocals are original good job she sounds great
This is the only review of the MK4 were that you've had locals broken out, guitar broken out, and then put together with a little bit of effect.
I bought this thing as a kid with a CAD shield or whatever it's called. Coming with a stand and XLR cable. Got it used for a hundred bucks

It sounds like an amazing mic. A little steep in price. But, you get what you pay for.
$299 is hardly steep. This mic performs on a par with mics 3 times the price
I'm really surprised it picked up at 3 ft. And he didn't sound faded or like diminished. He's kind of weird because I watched another video where the guy was back one foot, 2 ft 4 ft, and the volume was definitely diminished

@@pyramydseven No. But it has to be a no brainer if it is the same but with multi pattern and low cut.
I love that these are not hyped in the highs like so many budget LDC's. Much more natural sounding with more richness than usual in this part f the market. I think Sennheiser just dropped the ball on marketing these.
Better than the rode nt1 for vocals?
AngelicaM A I wouldn’t say better, I’d say different. The rode nt1 is is a fine mic. I just find it to be a bit too hyped in the high end for my taste.

I loved all three of your covers. You are an unbelievably good accompanist, Sean.You bring out the best qualities in the singers you work with. As for the mic you tested, I asked a close friend who runs a small boutique recording studio in the Tampa Bay Area about the microphone. He says your Sennheiser is fine, but for the same price he prefers the British Aston Origin. (not to be confused with the Aston Martin, a luxury British sports car)
I’ll work on getting an Aston Martin for the next demo :)
