Thanks for the pair of very helpful videos on disassembly and re-assembly of this rifle. My Dad passed one down to me that he got decades ago. He didn't remember too much about it and had never taken it apart. It jammed after firing just a few rounds and I watched your videos a couple of times before trying to take it apart to find and fix the problem. I think it was a success but I haven't taken it out to actually shoot it yet. And yes, putting that spring back in was really a bitch. Had I not seen a video of this being done I might have thought it was impossible. But after about 10 tries I did it. Thanks again!
It is a c[l gun, I think. Gonna get it cleaned up, put it ack together and install the chamber adapter from x45 to x39 so I can find ammo. If it shoots half as good as my sks I found a real gem.
Thanks Tom, just purchased one. The stock fits very loose, do you know if there is any way to tighten it up? Also the stock tightening bolts what is the name of the socket or screwdriver to tighten them up? Thanks again for taking the time to make this video
