I have recently bought a Jonsered 2165 as I could not find a 365 Special. They are identical it is the second one I have had they run really well and never bog down in a cut. In the UK they are also expensive, I had a deal with of friend I paid £250 which is around $475 Australian according to Google. Parts are also still available here in the UK, happy cutting.
Thanks for commenting Patrick all you can do you can do is keep a eagle eye out on those sort of things we also look at the Jonsered super cool looking saw Thanks for watching!
Nice mate, I end up picking one of these saws up today, the lady's father owned it, and it came with chains and other parts. Plus, it was always serviced every year. I end up picking it up for $700.
like your videos and enjoy you and your boy working together. X torq isn't bad I bought a 550 X P couple years ago and have to admit it cuts above its weight, as well as my stihls really a good saw. Stay safe
I've got the Special, the X-Torq, and the 565. The X-torq has had the transfers and muffler modded to make it a 372 and is the strongest, the 565 isnt far behind and has more low end. The Special is probably my favorite, the whole point of a 65 is more longevity and a forgiving power band, all considered I think the Special pulls it off best.
@@AussieBucking they are on ebay or through John and jonno, I just got the bits and will use the husky filter, it converts it to a high top like the 372
Exile make a stainless exhaust you can import from the states. Boosts power and torque by 9 to 11 percent. Cost as much as my saw so I did it for fun, not economics
