Not a giant komatsu excavator but just equivalent to T65 ,about 4 tons model. We repaired EX120 Hitachi ,took three of us 35 days due to the waiting time for spare parts to come .

Лайтовый ремонт, даже поршни в цилиндры и кольца старые, да и зачем их маслом смазывать во время установки, подшипник запресовывать наружной опорой упираясь, ну это вообще песня, хотя сальник клапаном осаживать трэшак, зачем тогда вообще это делать😢
А съемник, нет не слышал😅

Вы правы даже детали от масла не отсылки короче тяп ляп так соедет
на моменте [58:07] хорошо видно, как он новый подшипник переломал. О сборке движущихся частей механизмов без смазки, вообще молчу.

However, the finished product was sooooo sloppy: every pin and bushing was loose!

Герметик в гидро мотор затолкали все каналы забьет .это вообще работать будит или на выставку как экспонат
Сначала принтер клапана потом бросил их в общую кучу мыть ..все перепутал..зачем спрашивается притерал?

I’d realy enjoyed that he dismantled the swing motor and put in a new pinion. And he use the weight of the truck to both reassemble and assemble the tight fit bearing. Liquid nitrogen would had be a better choice. But he use his skills to solve problems with available items..💪 i like this young lad…
