Agree on all counts, Apart from a stupid mistake in the fourth round, it was a shut out by fury. I agree except the best of his era… he fought Klitschko 6/7 years ago… the 2-3,poor opposition inbetween & then Wilder who imo is not a great heavyweight… he just has a big punch. To be the best of your era you have to fight the best in your era otherwise what’s the point? There’s Usyk, AJ, Whyte & Joyce etc… out there surely to be the best of the era you have to fight the top 5-6 fighters? He’s fought 1 in 6/7 years. Every fight he's ever had, when he's been knocked down, he's got back up and won the next two rounds. It's like he says "OKay, I gotta box now" and he's very good at that. Another attribute is him staying calm and going right back at it, and that was as evident as ever on Saturday.

Fury also is another level as a pure boxer. Wilder can't slug him out or outbox him. Fury is a good counter for Wilder, but great boxing match. Love to see this in boxing. Actually I'd disagree. Fury got Wilder best right and got knocked down. The second time Fury went down was far from clean, it was a continuation of the first knockdown. If Wilder had managed to step back and clip him again I doubt very much Fury would've got up. Fury by far had more in the tank. He had fresher legs and lungs. Wilder after the 5th round was all out but still stuck it out. All props goes to Fury because despite appearances he was in better boxing shape to go to the 11th round and still have energy. But make no mistake a cleaner punch on the second knockdown would'a been lights out.

Ali in particular, however, I think would be one of Fury's most difficult "what-if" matchups. His dancing style would make Fury work very hard compared to someone like Deontay who practically stood still much of the fight.

I don’t think a trilogy that was so one sided can be classed out there with Ali-Frazier, Barrera-Morales etc… apart from a couple knockdowns for Wilder, Fury dominated probably 25 of the 30 rounds. So I don’t think it can be up there with those when it’s so one sided. Did we even need a third? Not really.

The big guy spent training time in hospital, while Wilder went hard at it. Fury has talent for days and I genuinely believe, despite the absolute heart Wilder displayed this time, that Tyson has this man's number for life. He's in his head. He is the big bad wolf, he is the full stop at the end of the story.
Wilder needs to learn humility. Hopefully he's on the path.

The fact that both boxers had the ability to knock down each other twice, shows the reality that if you knock down your opponent at the right time that person could be given the standing eight count and not have the bell save you, you lose.
Fury is a huge man , that head is big and tall which takes a person who is as big or bigger than Wilder to even get Fury on the canvas.
It's a testament to Wilder to be the only man to knock him down.
Name another person who can do that . Really I don't have any history of any other fighter to do that.

I am a huge Tyson Fury fan and am very excited he beat Wilder in this last fight of their trilogy. But i want to point out a few slick tricks used by Fury in this fight. BOTH times Tyson went down it was intentional on Fury. Both times he was in a difficult situation and knew that if he stayed up Wilder might hit him hard enough to literally knock him out. So when he was a little dazed he goes to the ground to give himself a little break. Did anyone notice this? If Tyson did not go down like that he probably believed he would of been seriously knocked out. Very smart on his part!

Na, i strongly disagree, wilder can be so much better , if u guys have been watching wilder's training vids, he was prepping for a reinvention of his style, using feints and he didn't feint after the first round .All his new training went out the window as was correctly claimed by fury in the july press conference, i say this right now , if wilder can involve feints in his game on the actual fight day before his backhand thunder and remain calm and more sensible in the crunch time, he can still beat fury and knockout every man he'll ever face!
