Your 4th of July Bird piece 🐦 is “Stinking Cute”. I looked up the meaning of this old phrase - adjective used to express high enthusiasm over someone, some place, some thing, etc. I am so glad because when something “stinks “ in my world 🌎 it doesn’t mean high enthusiasm. 😮 Summer 1 - Summer 2

I love that Valdani 3 strand floss for cross stitch and embroidery, but especially for punch needle. I just finished Patriotic Quaker, too. I used Farmhouse Flossie’s Sooty Santa, Buttered Popcorn, and Royalist Blue on 36 ct Vintage Country Mocha linen.

I am so happy for you that things are coming along well for you. I will have to buy the silks for the cardinal piece . Does Verdule fabric come in counts other then 40 for cardinals by JBW? . I will be going upnorth in Michigan for Summer and free concerts in my hometown park. I would like either Summer 1 or 2. A retreat soumds great for next year. I take care of my parents so as long as I can get someone to help me out I would go to retreat. Do your videos when you can. It is a blessing you do them for us. Question? Why don’t you offer zoom classes. I belong to a knitting guild and in my guild, we have a master knitter in which she teaches classes through zoom and she gets people from all over the world and the classes is recorded so who pays can get to see them anytime they need the help and play it over and over with no end date. I took 4 classes and I can go and see them any time I need help. I am just giving you an idea that might work for you.
I’m hoping I can come visit your shop this summer! When you use the Valdani threads, what needle do you use? The eye of my needles must be too small because it shreds when I use all three strands. Summer 2
I use a size 28. However they are the needles that I have manufactured. They have a slightly larger eye. They are available on my etsy.
