Hey man, great content! I like your business framework but I believe something like people, code, trust and awareness would be fitting too, because you not only have to be trusted but also be in the contact list of your client (and vice versa), I leave the capital out because you probably wouldn't have too much trouble raising money either. Out of curiosity, what's the size you consider niche, 20M usd or can get lower than that?
