- Even the most innocent of cartoons can be controversial at times, including Bluey! This show about a lovable family of dogs is generally safe for all audiences, but sometimes the censors don't like things you wouldn't expect, and there goes a bluey episode. It's especially true when disney are involved! These three banned bluey episodes may surprise you!

So bandit getting his nuts kicked in is fine but bandit farting was a line crossed
No I'm pretty sure they cut that scene in the American Disney+ version.
That was cut aswell
It was cut from the US version
Nobody seems to ever mention this, but I’m absolutely positive the reason was because their slang for fart does NOT mean the same thing in the US
@@DeathnoteBB i believe they call farts "fluff"
idk how that would mean anything bad. especially considering how Disney allowed them to call flip-flops "thongs" (which is what they're called in Australia) without getting censored.
Bandit acts like he's pregnant for comedic effect and it's not even really inappropriate because it's telling kids where they came from without telling them how they in there in the first place.
When I was their age my mom was very open with how I came from her "Tummy" obviously didn't tell me all the "juicy details but she didn't see how I wasn't supposed to be told I came from her.
But according to Disney five-year-olds are supposed to think we came from storks who picked the kids up to give to lottery winners or something.

Since it was just in the US I’d blame our puritanical fuckwit minority.
The Aaron's and Karen's need to be unseated from power.
"Fans assume it's because the episode deals with sex education" It's literally just an episode about being pregnant and has much more to do with child labor than actual sex ed but the fact that some people can't even handle that is just depressng
The problem is fans weren't even given the option to handle it, Disney decided for them.
The problem is that it depicted a male character giving birth. Not only is giving birth an adult topic, but a male simulating birth is obviously not something you’d not want to show to a child.
@@06_WVCO_20 That's literally the joke of it, that it's the man giving 'birth'. Also yes there are some very adult things about giving birth but the simple topic of child comes out of mother is something that most kids already know.
@@snowleopardmc.rattiedaddy9324 It’s a joke that should be expressed to kindergarten children. It’s depicting a male character giving. They claim that the goal is to educate children, yet they are simulating something that is impossible. So what is the actual point of it?
@@06_WVCO_20 It's to educate children in a fun manner as of course we know males can't give birth but a part of the educational thing about said episode was the fact that Bandit was learning about labor as well.
Bluey is amazing because not only does it mention serious topics to educate but it also has healthy relationships and Bandit and Chili aren’t just Mum and Dad, they’re an actual couple too and the show is good at showing it!
They're realistic people too. Being realistic parents who need time alone and their lives aren't JUST about kids like a lot of shows tend to depict lol
@@ShockingPikachu exactly!
Really? A kid wanting their dad to be pregnant has nothing to do with sex education. It's like in the early 50's when they didn't want to show women on TV who were pregnant or to ever even imply they could be pregnant because it implied the vulgarity of sex. If being pregnant involves the topic of sex then they really shouldn't have children at all on TV either because those children were at one point babies inside their moms wombs too. Idk, it's just weird to care about it at all. And yes, the fart one is pretty up there on the stupid scale too. Somehow almost every kids movie I have ever seen has a fart or fart joke in it, but for Bluey it's not okay?? Disney is being ridiculous.
And if that's the case, then they shouldn't show anybody at all because they all used to be children who came from a womb.
Whatcha think about that, Disney?
What should we expect from the same company that funded don't say gay in florida
LGBT activism ruined society in less than 20 years.
Lucille Ball was truly a revolutionary. "I Love Lucy" was the first show to ever have an interracial couple and the first show to ever have the wife become a mother. Groundbreaking stuff for that era. Plus, in one episode, Lucy gets a black eye and her neighbors are actually concerned that her husband hit her. For a time where hitting your wife was seen as deserved, that itself was groundbreaking
Disney: we can’t have farting!
Also Disney: “Hellfire” and “‘foot’ size doesn’t matter” are totally kid friendly!
Let’s learn about proper anatomy and teach kids where babies come from in a very understandable and clean way.
USA: nahhh baby come from stork.
But who brings baby storks?

Bluey team: **animates an entire episode, thing that could take days or even weeks or months to make, using their budget, knowing what are they doing**
Disney: so anyway your hard work is banned, also no refunds in budget btw
It's ok it was only banned in the US, thank god Disney has 0 control over bluey content and creation it's an ABC Australia product or some other Aussie joint that's not the point though, the fact it's not owned by Disney as Disney only owns the US rights or something of that nature which is really good for all audiences, could U imagine the BS that would of been directed at the children if Disney were in charge they have a proven track record of terrible content not suitable for children and are also invested in destroying the nuclear family as a normal way of life despite it being in the majority that's not a dig at any other type of relationships though just a fact and bluey seems to cater to the majority unlike the idiots who love destroying anything beloved by the majority, bluey wouldn't be as popular as it is if Disney had creative control that's a fact they can't help shoving shit down children's throats in spite of their massive monetary loses by doing so. As long as bluey stays Australian owned and created it will thrive it's the reason it does so well, no BS political crap especially no woke lunacy just wholesome family friendly viewing but it will die if it ever allows Disney any creative control specially content and theme wise as they love to destroy wholesome family values that the world is lacking and is a main reason the show resonates so much with adults who yearn for core values to be more prevalent in society.
Disney pays to play the show but they aren't paying the budget to create it.
It's not a Disney show, they just have the rights to air it.

THEY BOUGHT FAMILY MEETING BACK-
So,we can have the proud family show literally talk and show racial issue or racial motivated episodes but we can simply have a show that actually TEACHES kids about life in general while making sure it's clean and fun?
Disney : We should be more diverse by putting a lot of gender identity and sexual orientation on the kids show. (which is good anyway)

the iconic “pull my finger” 😭
Disney: "we CAN'T upset the Twitter virtue-signalers, even though they don't actually watch Bluey... or have a Dis+ subscription."
I think dad baby is banned because there's a few scenes that are shot in very odd angles and there's the scene where Pat reaches up to grab bingo. While this is something that the parents can understand, impressionable little kids won't. I work in a daycare, I hear bluey quotes and see bluey skits daily and they know exactly how these scenes go so I think another reason Disney pulled the episode was because well, i don't think it would end well if parents saw two small kids, one with their hands near the "pregnant" child's groin and not freak out when their children innocently tell them they learned this from a show on a Disney cartoon. While many parents do enjoy bluey, Disney has it networked as aimed for kids by showing it on Disney Junior their young child network so yeah that's why I think it was pulled, so they won't receive backlash from angered parents because these days even saying "oh my gosh" is too offensive (not joking there's a family that has banned that "profanity" in my workplace, I got yelled at for it when the kid got hurt and my reaction was "oh my gosh")
That's a really interesting perspective, thanks for sharing

What's really funny is that the American audience that was offended by the episode is the demographic that typically berates the opposing American demographic for being 'sensitive.' It should be hilarious, but it's also very annoying. 😅
