  • Another behind the scenes video from a recent senior portrait session! I shot with a 55mm 1.8 Ziess Lens, with my sony a73 body. All photos were edited on Adobe Lightroom with my custom preset. Enjoy!

Loved the shoot and the pics. thank you for not overexaggerating your response to the picture taking with your client. So many come across as fake and annoying, with their comments I have to watch without volume on🤣

Fantastic work. I really enjoyed how you made the first location work. You turned a boring parking lot into an interesting setting.

Do you have a basic preset that you sell? I love your editing style! Thank you so much for this behind the scenes. Wonderful posing ideas and I love how calm and reassuring you are. Love the prompts to smile or laugh at Mom. Something about those smiles at Mom that are the most genuine and sweet. These seniors will always be their babies. ❤️ 😊

Do you have any other lens you use in portrait session? If so, can you do a comparison lens review? btw... love your video!

Usually always my 55 1.8! In studio I’ll use my 35. Maybe I will do a video comparison this summer ❤️

I’m curious to know what settings you shoot for natural light? 🤔 Care to share? ☺️

Usually f 1.8, iso 100 shutter 250! It varies but usually around there!

When she brings more than one outfit to change into for portraits, where does she change outfits when taken outside on location?

This was amazing! It would be super helpful if you put what your camera settings were on each photograph as you show them! (: Like your ISO, f-stop, and aperture!

Thank you, everything was shot at f/1.8, iso 100, shutter speed likely between 160-250. These are always my settings, which is why I don’t usually include it!

I noticed that you don't take many full body shots, most of them don't show her feet. Is there a reason behind that? Just asking because I'm a newbie and looking for new poses and angles.

I sell my prints, and full body shots don’t sell very much. I include about ten in the final viewing gallery
