Dislocated my shoulder in my sleep, placed it back when I woke up. Checked for feel on top the shoulder area and can move the muscle on the outer shoulder again, I think my nerves are still good. Shoulder does itch and twitch a lot when the elbow can rest in the band or on the table.. I hate the stability of my shoulder joints, years of training went to my scapula and dislocations still happen. The Stimson maneuver is the better way or placing back the shoulder in my experience the Kochers technique does not work for my shoulder if the extended muscle has spasms.
Sir I am gym person recently my shoulder get dislocated in last week while shoulder press.... How long I should avoid gym? And Can I do again shoulder press again?
It would b very hlpful if marrow extends our subscription until the neet PG 2021 is conducted. Had requested them in mail bt said that free extension policy is not available. 😔😔

Sir, if we find that axillary nerve is also injured than also should reduce it or to do open reduction?
Reduce it , it’s usually a neuropraxia that will improve with time .
