Don't fall into the trap of vegetarianism/veganism, short term it feels awesome because you eliminate many shitty foods of your diet , but long term the absecence of animal fats is going to unbalance your body then your own body will start to eat your own muscle tissue to obtain fat and screw your immune system, besides many of the vegetarian/vegan foods are inflammatory for the gut and also undigestible, that is why as vegan either you deal with constipation or deal with going 4 to 5 times to the toilet per day. A friendly advice :)
