- Unconventional Conversations is a spinoff from my bible study I did last year called "Subjects That Sizzle." We tackle all of our hot button conversations in Christianity inside of the church.
We tackled the conversations based off what the Bible said about these topics, not the world. That gave us the opportunity to form our beliefs around the word and not what the world was saying.
Unconventional Conversations is a little bit different. We are actually talking to people. Some of these people are Christians and some are non-Christians.
We are talking to people who were in the lifestyle of these topics or even who are currently in the lifestyle.
Today we are discussing Twan’s struggle with same sex attraction and his experience in church.
Help him Lord to have peace in his LIFE!

Much needed conversation and the transparency was real, clergy does need to counsel with the heart of God. Becareful when putting your mouth on GOD CHILDREN! The ones he loves and cares for and uses…. I grew up in a Holiness (Pentecostal) church was in church on the jr deacon bored… yes jr deacon bored just at church loving on God all in school praying and interceding down the halls at school everyone of the fellow young people at church talking bout everything else but God I was a force to be honest…. An evangelist put her mouth on me saying I had a homesexual spirit on me it crushed me and I was hurt mind u I’m a teen I also was confused cause I aimed to please God so much. I told my mom and she was upset it really bothered me…. God showed me in a dream a clergy of the pulpit dying in the church but I couldn’t see who it was…. The following days my mom told me Evangelist **** fell dead at her home she had an aneurysm….. I say this to say stop putting your mouth on Those GOD USES… no I was not molested, yes I love God still to this day yes he still loves me now yes my walk with him can be better but I had to learn to release people and there thoughts and views of me and lEAVE RELIGION AND GAIN RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD!!

Yo thank you for this video. I paused the video three times to talk to my wife about a number of issues that we deal with, including grief, unforgiveness, and counseling. I commend Twan on his courage and transparency. I was reminded that everyone has sin and fallen short, no matter how visible our sin is to other people. But through God's grace we all have another chance to grow closer to him. Will definitely share with my family.
