Used in Bret Hart WCW Monday Nitro debut in December 15, 1997 when he was chosen is a special guest referee for Starcade 1997 this version is considered lost it have a country vibes on it and is more quiet on it

This was used for all of his original Nitro and Thunder appearances, and he even used it at Starrcade 1997. I do like the rhythm and the melody of this track and I think it had the right "beat" for a Bret Hart entrance, but it to me feel like a "demo version" as opposed to a finished theme. Jimmy Hart I think created this, i just wish it could have been recorded with higher quality drum machine and guitars.....as this track just never quite felt "done" sadly.

I actually really kinda like this. Especially knowing how Bret is a huge fan of westerns and cowboy stuff you can really hear that inspiration here. The later version kinda massacres that with its reverb and heavier guitars, but it comes through really well here

Holy crap, talk about a rare theme. I mean it still doesn't compare to his WWF theme, but I always thought this was better than the version that came after where it sounds like someone is screaming in pain while using autotune lol

Been searching for this one for years! I actually LOVED the melody of this track, it just feels like a "bare bones DEMO" version and not a fully completed theme. I liked the beat and felt it could match Bret well if only produced with a higher quality drum machine and guitars.
