In the first release of this series, Sheikh Nuh Ha Mim Keller is asked about his favorite verse in the Quran, sparking a detailed discussion on the complexities of translating specific Arabic terms and the profound wisdom found within the Quran. This introduction to the series offers a glimpse into Sheikh Nuh's 17 year journey translating The Quran Beheld.
In the following clips (to be released), listeners will hear Sheikh Nuh speak on topics including his childhood, the books that influenced him during his teenage years, his experiences working at sea as a fisherman, on the farm, and his education with masters of the Quranic and Arabic sciences.
This wide-ranging discussion was unscripted, and Sheikh Nuh was not aware of any of the questions beforehand (in fact, he declined to see them). His responses provide an exclusive and direct insight into his life as a translator and the significance of the Quran and Islam for our times today.

I hope he writes another book. Especially about his own life and his way to Islam. It's very inspiring. I really like his book Sea without shore.
Oh, and maybe the Interviewer could ask Nuh Ha Mim Keller what he thinks about Sayyid Qutb and his In the shade of the Quran. I am unsure if I should buy those books. Thank you very much.
