Shrimptama

Dammit, I was going to make the same joke, oh well, here’s a like.
"Imagine a color you can't even imagine. That is how the mantis shrimp do."
I read this in Ze Frank's voice lol
Where's that from again?

Did yall see the lil fella explode the Snail shell with a punch????? Bro is a real life anime character. He created enough force to make a spark underwater. That’s insane
The spark is edited
@@Deerfoxer let a man dream.
@@DeerfoxerThat's the effect of a cavitation bubble exploding, basically the force of the punch under the water was so much that it created this bubble that then exploded. It generated a spark because of physic stuff regarding sound, but i am no physisict so i won't be doing a deep explanation.
@@Deerfoxer No it's real

*Punches Octopus minding his business.*
"Bruh..."
Octopus punch fish for no reason too. well deserved smack
@@PeskyBee1616puttin those arms to use!
Look up the video. The octopus followed the mantis shrimp back to it's borrow. Mantis shrimp gave it multiple warnings and didn't listen. Octopus ran away away two hits
bruh?its a shrimp
@@unclebman0075 if the octopus really wanted to eat that shrimp, it would’ve.
Many of those shrimp fall prey to an octopus.
Float like a butterfly, sting like a.....mantis shrimp
One punch shrimp!
Shrimtaima, if you will
Buru buru
The shrimp's punch is so strong, that it creates vacuum bubbles that collapse in on themselves, while also generating light and heat.
My friend asked me if you can grow any animal to the size of a horse what would it be? I think I found my answer. Can you imagine this thing as big as a horse? It could probably obliterate a man with a single punch.
GREAT THOUGHT for the IMAGINATION‼️
LOL, a horse could obliterate a person with one kick by any leg of theirs! 😮
I mean sure, in comicbook world lol. Would make for a neat character or a nice Aquaman pet.
In real life (ignoring that small things would explode if grown irl), the mantis shrimp would shatter itself from punching something.
If that thing was size of a horse it would not be able to hold its shell as it would be too heavy but lets say it could. Than that thing would probably be able to not only obliterate a human it would obliterate a whole whale
dont forget the "superhuman" vision.
the fact that they can see colors we don’t even understand is amazing to me. as an artist i’d live to be a Peacock Mantis Shrimp for a day just so i can use its eyes 🦐
I used to have one of these years back. The fish store tried to palm me off with a different breed of mantis shrimp but I kicked off and they delivered on the peacock mantis shrimp. When it arrived it was a baby, looked like a tonka toy/pokemon version of its elder self. My friend let it hit his hand, he was fine. You can’t put anything in the tank with it though, it kills on sight.
It can probably break the tank too 😂
The mantis shrimps eyes are all googly like it's lapping up the vision like eating ice cream for the first time 😂
The most powerful high-five in the west!
I love them. They look much more alien than any other crustacean or arachnid to me
Also glad they aren't social animals, so there's no way for them to ever evolve sapience and destroy the universe for fun. One of the few animals who don't purely kill for food or defense.
Pokemon: I can't make Dragon-Bug.
Nature: I'll make it myself then.
This creature will inherit the earth.
I've Always thought Mantis shrimp are just Gorgeous ❤
Fun Fact: There are two main types of Mantis Shrimp, one with clubs like most we've seen who act as chase predators or scavengers
And the second type uses spear-like claws, that act more like ambush or waiting predators, hiding in their burrows before springing out and reaching with their much larger spears that stab, grapple, and drag prey down into their burrow
I didn’t expect the “packs the biggest punch in the animal kingdom” 😂
They're the definition of superpowered animal
“That is how a Mantis Shrimp do….”
YES, I read that in Ze Frank's voice 😂!
holy schit.. that blow produced LIGHT...
That's sonoluminescense, pretty damn amazing really that something this small can produce such a powerful punch
The whole "degrees don't have to be centrilized" thing would just set humanity back into the days of apprenticeships
mantis shrimp: "ONE MORE PUNCH??"
crab: "no i give up😭"
Fascinating ❤
Pisses me off as an artist that they see colors we dont
The Mantis shrimp looks like it would be a Pikmin 4 boss and that’s why I like it
These pint-sized pugilists are amazing! 😎👍
Such a BEAUTIFUL and AMAZING creature !❤️
Fascinating little creature ❤️
So The Predator of The Sea. Neat
The shrimp seeing us all through the camera and just judging us
"It's like they're living in a while different worlds." Yes, the ocean is a different world
Mr Crab getting liver punch. Squidward getting “Kotong” in the head
These mantis shrimps are freakin ninjas 😂
It appears to be at the bottom of an ocean and still managed to create a spark from impact. I can't think of a more potent-inertia than an ocean bottom. That is insane.
Someone should have made "monster" movies back in the day with this bizarre yet cute creature, like they did with giant ants, spiders, lizards and Godzilla 😂
So it could strike me 50 times before I complete one blink? Aight big dog
I once heard this on a TV channel a couple of years or so ago, apparently their claws and thumpers are literally that fast that its supposed to heat the water around them when they sound off with them. Thats what they said, that its that fast and that quick that its speed and power are that so that its supposed to rise the temp of the water around it when they strike.
Imagine you're just diving peacefully, admiring the coral reef. Then BAM! GET HIT IN THE NUTS BY THIS GUY
They needed 3 other animals to name this lil fellow
If Mantis shrimp invented RGB-LEDs, they'd have to find a better abbreviation than just the first letter of each colour.
That crab really bite more that it could chew
This was what I was on a quiz one time 😂
Man shrimp had been bless with God level powers
Basically another version of the Iron Fist.
Packs the biggest punch:Can destroy the universe💀💀💀
They're the only animal that can see circularly polarized light. Some species can strike with the speed of a .22 caliber bullet, which can break glass aquariums.
Impressive creature for sure.
So basically, Mike Tyson when he eats shrooms
Beautiful creature!
Their claws work on the same premise our muscle fibres do.
Inside our muscle fibres we have acting fibres and myosin heads. It takes energy to make a muscle relax to disconnect them from the actin fibres, sort of like cocking a gun. When the nerve impulse to contract comes the myosin heads release and grab the actin fibre, pulling along it to contract the muscle fibre.
Their muscle are doing the same thing here, coupled with the design, means they can pack this powerful punch 👊
Incredibly fast in the water, lightning fast strikes, super vision, ability to evaluate situations and react with intelligence, mate for life, perfection after 250 million years of evolution
"Hey i heard you're pretty strong"
Remember when we thought ants were the most badass living things?
So he be saying I ain't no shrimp dude ..!
One punch shrimp
It’s scary to imagine what a human-sized mantis shrimp can do.
The Big question in hand is how do they taste!!! 🦐😋👌
That one unknown devil sea snail sitting in the middle of the atlantic while being twice the size of the giant squid
Thier punch has the explosive force of a 22 caliber bullet.
There also very beautiful 🎏
Mantis shrimp is like predator from alien Vs predator.
It thumped that octopuses head and kept swimming 😂
I knew it! There are colors that we can't see and comprehend!
So this is where the Pokémon company got the idea for Clawitzer
Super powers and super Artistic 👌
Daring enough to attack an octopus.
Fun Fact: Peacock mantis shrimps are not related to peacocks, mantises nor shrimps. Their punch causes cavitation, which makes the water temperature in the impact area hotter than the sun.
thank you for remembering me that I blink, now I'm thinking of every blink I make
How Fascinating‼️‼️‼️‼️
That punch
IF ONE PUNCH MAN HAD A PET SHRIMP....WELL, HERE HE IS!!!🤣😂✌🏻👍🏼😎
they can also break BULLETPROOF GLASS
Pretty sure this is what caused the Titan to implode.
dude made sparks underwater
This creature is surely an alien...😅
Their actually cute! Love the big eyes!😊😊😊
No one:
Peacock Shrimp: ora ora ora ora ora ora
The guy who named this animal was probably like: "ah yes, bird insect fish"
Oh my god, this thing has electrified splash damage lol, OP
You can tell that it is a sentient calculating being, by the way it moves and scans its eyes around like its aware of its surrounding
Gotta love these animals
This animal so dangerous it’s got 3 different animals in its name
Not to mention that they are really very intelligent beyond anything one might expect for an invertibrate. Not as much as an octopus but still incredible.
IDK how to describe this, but i think their eyes look just as amazing as they are. Like you can just tell that those eyes can see things that we cannot IDK how to describe it lol
Imagine that it could punch your eye ball 50 times before you close your eye lid
Friend caught one fishing. Fell off the line in the kayak with him. I was scared for him as it fell between his legs. Ended up punching a hole right through his brand new rubber boots.
Fun fact: the Peacock Mantis Shrimp is neither a peacock, a mantis, or a shrimp! Naming scientists be lazy af.
Bro can knock out a shark fr 😂
The one that just decided to dive bomb the poor octopus 😂. And the octopus was just like woe man wtf.
Bro can see in 5D💀
Mantis “shrimp” aren’t true shrimp, they’re in a family of crustaceans all their own. They’re also called “thumb splitters” because their “punch” can literally split a thumb. Some have also been known to crack the glass of their aquarium... because why not.
This is reminds of the story of The Mantis Shrimp and the Hermit crab.
That’s it- that’s the whole story.
What an amazing animal! Thank you! 🍤🦐🍤🦐👍👍
Yumy
Just imagine seeing a shark getting combomed by that shrimp 💀
I love these one minute animal shorts.
I learn about fauna that Ive never heard of before.
OUTSTANDING!!!
That 🐙 hit was ☠️💯
