It’s weird how they’ve recently put the art piece in front of the fire place. It’s like the developer that it and didn’t know what do with it so they dumped it in this house. You can sit on the sofa and look at that all day. You’d definitely move or dump the art piece and use the fireplace and probs ly mount a TV above it I.e. make the space useable.
