Ehh 2 things, in spectator player perspective we cannot see if he even opened shop window or not.
And you can keybind items for quick purchase which allows the player to purchase without having to move cursor on shop window or even using sticky shop keys.
But again its 1 possibility, we cannot see his shop window so we cant judge this one. Better focus on target spells without cursor on target, thats the most obvious one to catch them

É script sim, galera que tá dizendo que não. O mouse segue automatico, ninguem usa tão rapido o escudo e usa o raio no mesmo cara. Ele toda vida sabe quando os cara vao chegar na line. O autoblock no começo o mouse robotico como uma IA, tem padrões que é possivel perceber se é uma maquina ou humano, mesmo se for um cara viciado. AGORA ME DIZ COMO O CARA USO 4 SKILLS, ESCUDO NO CARA, E AINDA OS ITENS?? iMPOSSÍVEL, nem o dendi fazia isso

Im a tinker player, im always play using shift keylog and skill using autocase..
This is 100% script. Just look at how he blinks (especially on the later half of the video). No shift click to the area where he blinks. His cursor just automatically move to the area where he blinks.
And like other have said, his cursor movement follows even the smallest movement of his enemy (like when cm was stunned by nyx)

The way he click into hero when using skill and item is surely script ... if this waimi i am sure legit ... but for this guy i can tell he scripted auto cast
lol, this is option in dota you can use skills by pressing asociated button on place where you have your pointer, if skill is restricted only to hero you have to hower over hero and press button on keyboard, how hard is it to press 2 buttons one after another, same with blink. This are not scripts, only skills

On the top drowranger has appear the attack on tower and the lich is no appear on map if he cheating he goes far away to lich so that He can't be a lich, right?

yeah same thoughts aswell, if you really play tinker, this is how you play, you use quick cast, but that Auto-use shield, that was impossible, even used x0.25 speed, that was so fast, even I cant do that. Also the maphack style when he kills Lich on mid
scripted creep blocking in enough for him to get reported. doesn't matter what he did rest. it's pretty hard to tell script vs good plays for tinker players anyways.
While technically a good Tinker can do as good as he did in this video (quick cast for all except shield-autocast), his vision and mouse movements are really sus. I dont know about the creep blocking part so no comment for that.
