      L'acoustics is trully amaizing. Verry very nice sound i liked it and bass is great even the box not so deep it is wide probably of coverage and to have thight snap when hits it really is a beastly company, I heard 4 of those subs indoors actualy ks28's they are similay in output and arcs tops and heard outdoor a set of 16 sb28 subs and karas tops, it is amazing how it sounds, but I would need to agree with rcf had heard 6 of sb28 subs on small wery small outdoor event think arround 800 ppl we were like isnt this a bit much or they will play rave music like and they did and gotta say a friend who is rental dude have 8 of tts56a's from rcf 6 of that subs will eat those sb28 and ks28 in terms of raw meety power it is stronger box overal, just not punchy as bass relfex that much they are same i mean 56 and this sb28 in punch but overal sound that deep note and wooble it shake ground like nuts... for l acoustics my conclusion is if u on 2-4 of dual subs or 4-6 single driver subs they are good for indoor events and small outdoor events to 1kppl max for all type of music, you really need to have good numbet of boxes to shake and owercome all people at large events with them. I belive its becouse they want to keep that really wich I like sound from them, I think they a bit sound more natural than rcf, but rcf is raw power compared to them and you dont need that much boxes for the same ammount number of people to punish with bass and to overcome with sound, allso acoustics K series of tops k1 2 3 and k1 sub, rcf tt55a dont need that sub at all, if u have 50 of them u wont even need a sub, hdl50 more less will need some subs down when do at full range mode, but overall l'acoustics is worth every penny, you deffinetly pay for a good sound, even 4 boxes and amp is expensive but worth it, as I say if u chose L' and go for a small ammount number of boxes you will be better to do a Band' like Venues where thete is predered sound quality and good volume of sound if you want to play hip hop trchno and all intensive type of music you will lose to ammount of number of people especialy at bass where it will need to cover or you can buy 2x more of your allready system and u good to go, at different town allso a friend rent kara tops 12 of them and 6 sb dual subs for i belive 3500-4k ppl i belive. With 6 tts56a or tts36a and 12 tt33a and tt55a you can do double that no worryes... proven we heard that system sound wize perfekt output vize not that much

      Yes, but almost any live sound system is going to sound “amazing,” because they are turned up so loud that you can feel them. To be honest, I have a different experience. I tend to feel the bass on l-acoustics subwoofers much less than others like d&b, Kv2 audio, and Funktion-One which I have heard. (And felt.) Sure the L-aoustics line array top systems are not too bad, but I found especially the d&b systems, Meyer sound, and also Kv2 point sources, to be easier to listen to in the treble. Only complaints I have had about d&b is seemingly a slight lack of midrange, and for the Kv2 maybe a little bright, but very far from piercing.

    L acoustics and Martin audio are the most natural sounding PAs ive worked with and require very little to next to no EQ at all and such smooth sounding ,ive worked with D&B and JBL they sound like someone smashing up a greenhouse with a sledghammer brutal in the highs and brutal in the bass great video

    I
    To be honest, L-acoustics and dance music never have mixed in my head. I have never heard a single L-acoustics system with punchy enough bass for the job. I have had a far better listening experience at events that have used D&B Audiotechnik and KV2 audio.

      The sound signature is shaped by the sound engineer not the speaker enclosures, any brand can have any sound signature, maybe you have been unlucky with your experiences.

      I agree with u, as I heard a lot of KV2 audio, lacoustics just doesnt compare to kv2. Sound quality isnt that good, bass clearness and punchness isnt that good. I dont really know why people lacoustics so much, but for live audio I would definetely pick meyer, D&B or KV2 audio. Tested its x15 monitor, DSP build low end with +15db of low end... So we are talking about not how good the speaker is, but how easy is to make good sound with DSP controls and EQ processing. Nothing special about those Lacoustics. heard SB28 VS d&b b2. Sb28 is total crap. Even b2 is not amazing, but those lacoustics subs are waste of money... Thats my opinion.

      @djijspeakerguy4628 Před 3 lety +2

      @@MrVeno-gx4lb The d&b and kv2 systems are much more fun to listen to, and that makes or breaks a live concert for me! I have even heard a d&b v-series rig without subs in a concert hall in my city, and it actually has a really nice sound to it. Probably an unpopular opinion, but I have not enjoyed the Meyer rigs I have heard either, especially because there is a music festival in my city that used to use d&b v series including subs, and it was a fun experience. They switched to Meyer one year, and I don’t think the subwoofers were even half as loud on the low notes. (This was a mix of both electric stringed bass guitars, and synthetic bass.) A much more popular opinion, however, is that JBL is no good. There was another music festival in my city that had two smaller stages, one with a JBL vrx900 system, and you’d be surprised to know there were even subs at all, then the other stage had a kv2 audio system that knocked me off my feet. Once again a jbl vrx900 system, but this time at a city event. Most years, they did not have subs, and it sounded horrible, but one year they had two vrx918 subs. It sounded like it should have without the subs. One year later they had a tiny harbinger portable pa/DJ sub that put out more bass!

    Hello everyone, could someone tell me whether tube amplifiers are still used today for this type of high-power audio systems such as stadium concerts (such as L-ACOUSTIC)? Thanks.

    • @labornetzgeraet7727
      @labornetzgeraet7727 Před 2 lety +2

      Tubes are not used anymore, because they need too much power. They use amps like LabGruppen FP10 or the PLM Series. And digital amps like Powersoft. They are way more efficient than tubes.

      First of L-Acoustics released the V-dosc line array (you see in video) they used Lab amps with external BSS, XTA or Dolby lake DSP processors. Later when L-Acoustics releases the kiva and Kara they need their own system amps and therefore CAMCO build the LA4 and LA8 Amps.

    The assembly mechanics is very interesting, it is safety at 6, 8, 10 ... 15 meters high and the L Acoustics boxes are rather well designed at this level, I mean at this level.
    Beyond that, I am absolutely not a fan of this brand which has never made a single speaker or amplifier.
    On the other hand, on the communication and marketing side, this brand is a champion.
    This is problematic when it is necessary to change a loudspeaker because the brand does not give the origin of manufacture, nor the information if it is a loudspeaker of series (in a manufacturer's catalog) or manufactured with special specifications. .
    And, it's problematic in terms of availability.
    No one ever broaches this delicate subject, it is silence.
    I have never seen a list of L Acoustics stamped loudspeakers with their selling prices.
    Nothing to do with the JBL VERTEC or VTX (best line array in the world audio industry).
    It's blending, great blending of course, but ... the best blender in the world is Clair Brothers USA.
    The design of the box and its interior architecture strongly exudes JBL VTX inspiration.
    L Acoustics is expensive for assembly and difficult to sell in 2nd hand.

      That's because like many manufacturers L'Acoustics don't sell individual speakers, they sell systems.
