I have been a Liliac/ Melody fan for several years. I still get chills at times listening to her.

Vinny actually gave her the nick name MeloDio. She has since adapted it to Melodia as her stage name. Dio is her inspiration.
Great reaction Melodys voice is insane to the point that Wendy Dio asked Liliac to do The Last in Line for Cancer fundraiser which Vinny appice gave them an unreleased version. for fundraiser. Everything they do originals and tributes are phenomenal.

You've got to check out the Cincinnati vampires featuring Melody singing STARGAZER by RAINBOW!!! OMG!!! TALK ABOUT A JAW DROPING PERFORMANCE BY EVERYONE IN THIS COLLABORATION! WELL WORTH CHECKING OUT! AND ITS PRODUCED WITH STUDIO QUALITY!! 👍

You are right on target. Dio is her inspiration. LILIAC is an all family band. They have covers of Dio songs, and many famous metal/rock songs, including Janis Joplin. They also 2 albums of their own. All there music is incredible. Melody has one of the best rock voices today! Enjoy!
We will be going on a journey of checking out a bunch of there covers then into there original music. She really does have an incredible voice. I would love to hear her do "Close My Eyes Forever" by Ozzy and Lita Ford with Dino Jelusick. He has the same quality to his voice.

What is going to be really interesting for me is the songs that I would never expect they would do. That's what Nurses should do to save time, if someone comes in to have their ears flushed, they just prescribe the patient to listen to 5 Liliac songs. EDIT: First 2 lines of a verse will probably do the trick, but you CAN'T stop there.

I just wish she would write and perform some good dark rock metal! And Sam play something equal to Toni Iommi sennt of dark style guitar! They could be the next DIO/SABBATH style band! You definitely need to check out Lilly-ac is Romanian for Bat and us fans are Fangs. Melody's voice has gotten even better, they have done a lot of big metal and rock covers and all of their originals are fire! This band is incredible, we are 100% behind this. After hearing the Holy Diver cover I was doing a stream here on CZcams where I read song lyrics in the Pirate costume like they are poems, so I ended up trying to decipher the meaning of Holy Diver. Haha.

Melodia is inspired by Ronnie James Dio, and Liliac has done several of Dio's songs. There is a vid of her singing at Dio's grave for him.
Wendy ask Liliac to do a song for Dio's Cancer Benefit so they did the Last in Line for it, they rehearsed and shot the video in 6 days.

Schweet, I am gonna go look for that. All of that sounds amazing, but BATIO forced my hand. I have watched some of his Guitar instruction videos, I love how he just stares straight at the camera stone faced and directly into your soul. It's a shame he is more known by Guitarists because he is one of the most skilled musicians to ever live.

Check out some Liliac pronounced lil ee ack, if your goto singer was DIO then your in luck he's also Melody's inspiration ,Liliac have tribute covers of DIO'S HOLY DIVER ,RAINBOW IN THE DARK ,and an extended version of LAST IN LINE which was supplied by Vinnie Appice for Liliac to perform for the Wendy Dio cancer benefit .apart from their brilliant tribute covers of songs from Mettalica ,Iron Maiden ,Megadeath! Black Sabbath ,KISS, Whitestripes ,Jefferson Airplane! Queen and a host of other bands and artists they also have written scored,and produced around 2 dozen original songs which are simply amazing . It was later on that I had gotten into Dio, I think in my mid 20's. I was a bit young in the Sabbath and Holy Diver era. I have tried to not look through the video list on their CZcams too much, cuz I want that "OH!! They do THIS song!" moment. Though from what I have heard so far I get an idea of what artists they might cover, but it's the ones I would never guess that are going to be amazing.
Yeah, if you haven't delved into Liliac yet, they're absolutely worth it.
We also have a video for their Holy Diver cover, though I think you commented on that one. On our stream on Friday we checked out 2 perfectly paired covers, Enter Sandman, and Symphony Of Destruction. We have had some people donate through Buy Me A Coffee, and we also just want to tell the world about Liliac, so we are all in!! My plan is checking out a bunch of covers getting a really good idea of how they put their spin on other peoples music, then getting into their original music to see what they do now that there are 0 constraints.

Haha, yeah, I just realized checking the comments this morning that I edited and released the songs in a different order than we listened. At first I was all matter of fact "Yeah, we did a reaction already" then after a couple of minutes I clued in, hahaha. Not to worry we are going all in on Liliac. I can see your point, but I honestly think the potential in the band is incredible. She should keep doing guest spots, but I think in 5 years time Liliac is going to be HUGE!
