      Thank you for the kind words!
      For designs or pattern you can checkout some that we offer here: silkysocks.com/collections/digital-files
      But you can also find others on Etsy or various online websites like Vecteezy and even google images. Good luck! 🙂👌

    Great tutorial! Near the bottom, before the black area, it looks like it might be ghosting. Would putting part of the black portion under the heat press prevent that? Will check out those templates!! Thanks for the teach! 😊

    • @SilkySocks
      @SilkySocks  Před 3 lety +3

      The templates can be found on silkysocks.com > wholesale > templates
      Then you’ll find folders there. Look for the one that says: free background artwork files 👌🏽

    Hi, Love the tutorial video. Does the machine matters for getting a better quality when you heat press it or is it depending on the temperature of the machine?? If so how to know which machine is the better choice for this kind of stuff??

    • @SilkySocks
      @SilkySocks  Před 3 lety

      A great quality heatpress is recommended. Like HeatPress Nation, Stahls, Hix, Geo Knight, Fancier Studio. Those are some brands that I've used or heard great things about.

    Please how does this sublimation on the socks react when it gets in contact with water or washed with detergent.??? Does it fade off or stays with no effect.

    • @SilkySocks
      @SilkySocks  Před 3 lety +2

      It does not wash out or fade. It’s dyed into the fabric so the print lasts through the life of the fabric

    How do I get the image to look the same once the socks are actually put on? The image doesn’t look the same. It’s completely stretched out

    • @Julian-yk1sx
      @Julian-yk1sx Před 3 lety +1

      I try to design keeping the stretch factor in mind. Using the socks with the colored inside helps with full cover prints also.

    • @dionna1990
      @dionna1990 Před 3 lety

      Are u using a jig so the socks are stretched when pressing the design?

    Hi ! How your black colour is SO BLACK, i mean my black’s designs are almost grey :( If you have any tips? Thanks guys

    • @SilkySocks
      @SilkySocks  Před 3 lety +2

      I would check your black settings on photoshop and see if the color is full true black. And then try and save a few different formats like PNG, JPG, RGB, CMYK etc. Test small squares of black onto white fabric and see which one gives you the darkest/best results. Then go with that format!

    Temperature and time plz

    • @SilkySocks
      @SilkySocks  Před 3 lety

      400 degrees and 35 seconds is the suggested time and temp and what we use. You may need to adjust if your ink requires more time but I’d start there.
