i was halfway through this video and i went to the deals page and did what you said, there was an item that was 34% off (costed 500 but rap was like 700), and the next seller was selling for 750. and i clicked on it i could've bought it but i hesitated and i lost it lol. next time ill take it if i see something like that!

You need premium, if you do click the 3 dots in the top right corner (Only if its a limited item) and click sell and sell it for any price

It means that the items RAP is actually higher than it’s sell price, therefore making the real value of an item “projected” or fake. People tend to try to trade a projected item to an unsuspecting person to profit off of them.
