If you’re looking for a wr who guarantees you wr18-25 production every year, while you pay wr10-12 price because of hopium, Higgins is the wr for you.
Also for your trouble you get 4-5 games missed a year due to injury- sometimes even if he’s not on the injury report! Wow!!!
