- It only took one statement...
...and I was able to get the community manager (not the moderators) & the project founder to resolve to my message in the ticket channel...
Plus it was CLEARLY written in the ticket channel that they're not hiring...
Yet, they didn't hesitate to respond to my message personally...
...because:
1. I LABELLED their pain...
2. I MIRRORED their instructions...
And all these is what I plan to EXPOSE in my FREE Job hunt class...

Never occurred to me I could emotionally blackmail a project manager to getting hired 😂❤
But the key thing I really learnt was finding their pain making it a common enemy to fight against ❤
It's more about helping focus their attention to your solution
