What I really liked about Batman Forever is that Batman felt regret letting the Joker die. And in Nolan's movies he feels like the true Batman not Charles Bronson Batman.

I was never able to really accept Ledger's Joker. The way Nolan just dropped him into the story just didn't work for me. I don't think we needed another origin, just a better explanation of who and what he was. Even if Batman never figured him out, I think the audience should've gotten something to tell us about this...being.

The atmosphere was incredible . the audience completely losing their minds . everyone roaring , clapping and screaming . Batman did it , Batman did it!!!! He defeated the forces of evil. Then right after Vickie vale says “i’m not a bit surprised” The ending orchestra starts . And we see our hero in black watching over Gotham as it’s protector and savior . One of the most powerful moments in comic book cinema. sitting next to my dad i was crying with pure joy in my eyes. Batman won. ❤

It does not happen very often, but he only does it when, he has no choice and has to save someone, its by accident or he is about to die (Just like in the Burton Films).
