- In these films taken by the late Henry W. Marrec, we see freight action at various locations on the B&M system inclusing at the Hoosac Tunnel, East Deerfield Yard, Somerville, Waltham, Arlington on the Lexington Branch, and Ayer.
Really enjoy seeing these RR movies from the mid-1960s to mid-'70s - back when I was doing most of my railfan activity as a teen/young adult. Brings back pleasant memories of hours spent watching trains at trackside.
That was a very enjoyable video
Love seeing the different footage.
Wow! I loved every second of the video, thanks to everyone involved in saving these Super8 footage!🇺🇸
WOW!! If there ever was a RR that needed to come back,it was the B&M--- but just as it was shown here. Just perfect !!!!!
Fantastic video! That’s the B&M I grew up with. Brings back so many great memories!!
thank you video
Loved seeing these views of the B&M. And special notice to all those boxcars with fallen flag logos.
All of your videos are well produced. Alco RS’s are one of my favorite engines.
Awesome. I was only 3 1/2 to 4, during those years. I do remember seeing the blue B&M running through Haverhill, MA. Hearing the Midnight fright running through from Riverside in Haverhill.
Great movies !!
