This is awesome! A lot of people would complain that someone who has fished a lot didn’t get picked but I like this! You introduced a new experience to him that may last the rest of his life! His first ride in a bass boat was a rolls Royce at that 😂.

Scott: this video brought back a lot of fond memories. A few years back I hired a guide out of Weston. We fished the canal along HWY 27 very similar to where you were. I spent about 6 hours catching between 75 and 100 bass using a plastic worm with a worm weight. I’ve smiled about that day many, many times. I was the only one fishing that day so I stood near the trolling motor as the guide moved us down the canal. Needless to say I was very surprised when a 7 foot alligator came up right in front of the boat about 18” from my toes. 😱😱😱. When ever I think of that surprise I take a few minutes to recount my toes. 🙂🙂Every fishermen should fish in the Everglades. One of the most beautiful places cremated by God. Thank you! God Bless.

You’re just like your dad!! I grew up watching him ❤️I went to his shop and got a tour with a guide it was the best time of my life.. and got to see the biggest bass or my life.. mounted on the wall at the shop 24 pounds 4 ounces

Most guides in Texas couldn’t do what you just did. You put them on fish with artificial and they never fished artificial or fished at all. 🎉

Considering I watch every video you have ever put out and we are also big fisherman & fisherwomen. Teaching people how to fish isn’t easy. Especially when they don’t have any experience. I know this from experience. I taught my wife how to fish.

I’m an over the road owner operator truck driver I spend thousands a year on mobile delvac , I need a free trip. I live in Illinois but I’ll be down on toho in October if you want to take me I can bring some pictures of my simi so we could show the mobile delvac boys got 510,000 miles on it still going strong.

It's cool you took them and taught them things but why would someone enter a contest to fish if they didn't fish and wasn't fisherman 😂. Especially when they know other fisherman will be entering to fish with a amazing soon to be legend in the fishing world lol. Makes little to now sense imo lol

No one that don't hunt would enter to go climb mountains to hunt unless it was with a celebrity and that takes away from a actual fan and hunter that would enjoy it much more and so would the celebrity hosting the hunt. Same thing here, Scott had fun but if he'd been with someone who really loves fishing and always wanted to fish with him it would have been much more epic of a time for both.
