You forgot the Browns/Ravens game from 2007
Phil Dawson hits a 51-yard field goal that bounces off of the post and the inside of the crossbar. The referees rule that it's no good, and the Ravens win. Then, after 20 minutes, and after both teams went into their locker rooms already, the play is overturned, and the kick is good. Tie game. Browns then win it in OT

@BARRYBONDS SF Giants you have to maintain control of the ball throughout the fall. You can't have the ball moving (or flying away from you) throughout the catch. That was the unpopular play call that also happened with a similar Dez Bryant touchdown the next week (in a national televised game) that they made the rules more clear. It evolved for a few seasons but remains the same now.

I literally fainted when Brown ran down the sideline and made it to end zone, and man was I ever relieved to find out he stepped out of bounds when I came out of it!
I don't have to imagine being a fan, but even then the Steelers loss wasn't a surprise that year
The big problem was the Chiefs losing to the Broncos in OT after being up at least 14 in the 2nd half leading to the Steelers missing the playoffs
I can, I was watching the game and screamed like a girl when I thiught he was in and fell down when Fouts said they ruled him out. Emotional rollercoaster.

If Dee Ford had not made that mistake in the 2018 AFC Championship game against the Patriots, the Chiefs would have made Super Bowl 53 and it would have become the highest scoring game instead of one of the lowest scoring games. And then the Chiefs would have made the Super Bowl 3 consecutive times. Amazingly, Brady has been Mahomes' obstacle to a Lombardi TWICE.
The beginning kinda hurts me as a Seahawks fan. But we move on.

As a Bears fan, I was always a little embarrassed by the Calvin Johnson play, but I also remembered that six years prior, the Bears lost to the Lions on a similar call when Bernard Berrian caught a TD pass and had two feet down in the end zone, but originally was ruled to have been out of bounds. It went to replay, and the refs said Berrian was in bounds, but the ball moved a little when he hit the ground so it remained incomplete. So in a very strange way, it evened out, and the rule should be called the "Bernard Berrian rule." The worst part for Bears fans was that a rules analyst said if they correctly ID'd that Berrian was in bounds, there probably wasn't enough in replay to overturn a TD call.

Well the Bengals were a top tier team not that long ago.....2011 to 2015 5 straight postseasons. Might have won a SB if they didn't have Burfict who lost them 2 of those playoff games himself with his illegal hits or Marvin Lewis coaching them(never disciplined Burfict). They had a great offense and a pretty good defense those years.
I think that Megatron catch was one of the reasons he retired, amongst others (the lions org is a pos and why Sanders retired)

He wanted to play longer, just for a different team, he was paid, he didn't need the money, he kept playing hoping Detroit would trade him or release him, he was basically auditioning for other teams. He wanted to win a super bowl. Detroit wouldn't even release him after his contract was up and he refused to resign, they even wanted him to pay back signing bonuses or they wouldn't release him. I feel sorry for the dude, all he wanted was a super bowl and the peice of shit lions wouldn't let him go. So he said fuck it, I'm done, bye.
