One question, does the Norfolk Southern reroutes have a CSX crew out of jersey and do they go through Philadelphia or do they go up through morrisville near Woodburne?

Thanks! They went via Philly to the lower Harrisburg Line at Falls. The trains had NS crews aboard with a CSX road foreman as their pilot.
