Proof cops can RP and everybody wins. Even after this they were so excited seeing the bike, took it for a spin and took photos with it, it was so wholesome, that's what RP is supposed to be, it's supposed to be fun. Even though nobody was supposed to use that bike it led to such a good interaction for everyone.
In 4.0 most cops are amazing. There are 2 issues:
1.Characters like Ruth that ruin RP for both crims and other PDs.
2. Overly lenient and inconsistent actions towards violent criminals. I believe Esfand doesn't know much about how PD works in a GTARP server and its purpose. However he is right on one aspect. A lethal suspect should be neutralized maybe after 2-3 warnings. They let dundee drive an explosive truck back and forth into Mosley's a place full of civilians and only shot after minutes of him trying to stick the tanker inside the garage.
Meanwhile they shot a suspect (X) with empty hands that are up in the air and running away just because one person claimed they carry a gun and there was someone shot a few blocks down. There is no justification for it since X was not a threat to anybody at the time, he wasn't reaching he was just resisting arrest/fleeing. This after they told them they were not going to shoot is also insane. The reasoning of "We didn't know someone was shot before so we changed our minds" is also stupid.
When they solidify their SOPs on how to engage with violent criminals and people with alleged guns, 4.0 PD will be near perfect. (they also need to get rid of "irl cop" rp like Ruth let people bend the rules to give slack for cooperative suspects)
Because for example when OTT got blasted by a local during a weed run he had enough weed on him to get busted for distribution (not enough for a raid). Despite EMS automatically detecting weed on people at the time, EMS probably decided not to tell cops since he provided them with RP. Cops also didn't frisk or search him because he gave them a great storytelling and RP.
Similarly JP got tazekilled while in an illegal car running from cops he only got a minor sentence because he roleplayed the CEO and talked with Slacks to give him RP about the company vs union conflict.
@@Frozander they really gotta stop using ooc bias against other people like come the fuck on we can all see the super ooc bias when they deal with Mr k and x, its not even funny.
@@Frozander All of the problems come from power tripping, and playing sim cop over RP cop.
I think on the cops side they are learning how to turn situations into the best possible RP. It seems like they’re getting better. In the beginning they did not make the best decisions as discussed above. And Ruth is an RP killer. She honestly lets RP take a back seat and seems to worry about SOP’s and paperwork and things of that nature.
They only reason the PD is failing is cuz bad judgment and bad policing like clown Ruth.
Ruth upon seeing this: "I'm going to be giving you both 5 DAPs"
More like, all the cops are having fun with it but she would just start blasting

Yeah I'm sure they test stuff live on the server, there's a clip of Mr k going to the docks and seeing a bunch of newer cars lined up and koil comes and tells them to leave (in rp of course)
