I was so intrigued to hear your prod and cons, and I suppose they’ve aligned with what I thought they might be, for the most part 🤔 obviously this is a STUNNINGLY gorgeous bag, but the lack of crossbody strap is probably the only reason why I haven’t gotten her yet (purely a lifestyle choice sadly lol). Very good to know about the clasp though, because I never considered it may be difficult to get in and out of. All in all, it seems like a true gem, and again, if nothing else, is just so beautifully made and looks stunning when paired with a multitude of different outfits 😍😍😍😍

I think you and I have similar taste in brands. I have some Triomphes the Romy and the Row Sienna bag. The first day I used it I scratched the inside of it because nails. I feel you. I actually want to get the Row Sofia but with the shoulder/crossbody strap. I also want the Celine 16 now too 😂

I still love that bag on you. I think it suits you and your style wonderfully. In regard to the strap, you could stop by a leather repair shop and look into having a strap made. I had a mini fendi baguette with a short leather strap and they were able to “match” the leather and construct a longer strap. It was flawless! Just an idea 😉 Happy Holidays to you and your family!

My cross body doesn’t have the divider, so it looks like it’s only done on the top handle style- kind of think of it as a briefcase-esque, which I think was what they were going for.

Hi Mary, glad that after all cons , you still love your bag. Thats the most important. When it comes to me, i dont know if i ever buy something different than Chanel. I just love everything Chanel, its totally me. Although when it comes to RTW, i do started to love other brands, such as old Celine files, the row, missoni this year, little miu miu or Prada, Margiela when it comes to jeans, but bags i love only Chanel. I do not care for Hermes Birkin, well overall Hermes, its too business looking to me, its not so feminine and elegant as Chanel( well its in my head) i might one day will get Hermes mini Kelly🤔 i kind of started to like the look… another bag i started to like Fendi sequin baguette, but thats definitely, not my priority And i do love cross body, the only exception would be Chanel vintage mini Kelly, that i would like to get next year and if i get Hermes mini Kelly. I have always wanted to buy another Chanel bag but the prices are painful😭 But I think there is always the foresight that Chanel bags are only going up, so the best time is sooner rather than later. I just bit the bullet and bought this. I went with sofia 10 in black cuz it's the most wide available size across different retailers. It's on its way to me and I can't wait to rock it. I love beautiful handbags, but I tend to not like bags from brands like YSL, Hermes, LV, Chloe, Fendi because of their ridiculously big logos. Somehow, it really annoys me with logo branding all over the bag. All the bags I own are always discrete, kinda like you say *if yoy know you know*.

I really appreciate the utility of a cross body bag, but...is it just me or is anyone else tired of crossbody straps rubbing and wearing on the fabric of clothes? I'm 100% into shoulder or top handle bags now and I'll just deal with situation of impracticality (and there aren't that many of those, to be honest).
