What's your day job? Or was during this video
@@GabrielShakkori probably working with my dad 3d scanning/land surverying if i was getting up so stupidly early haha
Attack clipping is something I have never heard in any other video. So thanks allot for that tip!
Relentless strikes in Assassination is a priority talent for every single build.
Not really, if you're using it to end fights which is what you're supposed to be doing it's pretty useless
Smashed it mate! Really good guide
And how do you know that?
@@MrChipauketchup Because I've leveled a rogue to 60 and currently raid AQ40 every Weds :D Also helped MetaGoblin with some of the info in this vid!
Залетел на огонек Твоего прикольного канала! MetaGoblin
на самом деле этот канал заслуживает бОльшего колтичества лайков

evis-que-rate sounds so fancy for an action that literally opens a person like an old lady's purse
It's pronounced with a soft C, so Evis-erate. No hard C.
Good cheeky advice
Can I just say at level 42 you get a better slice and dice with 30% speed increase, now you should be cheap shotting straight into a slice n dice, if there's two or more mobs add blade flurry and those mobs are down in seconds
great vid! ty
Isn't the majority of all rogue dmg, in general, from basic melee attacks? Shouldn't slice and dice always be prio?
What is the song plays from the beginning?
Nice video!
Eviskerate
Remorseless Attacks 2/2 is waaaay worse than starting with Improved Sinister Strike. For RA you have 40% CHANCE of crit; for ISS you get energy, thus more spells to cast/rotate.
Wrong
good stuff
Love your videos. But I have to say it. Eviskerrrate! Lol. It's pronounced Evissserate. The C is silent.
Did you miss 'gounge', or are we ignoring it?
Omg i just heard 😂
"Slice and dice is only good for long fights" ya wot?! White damage does your most damage, slice and dice straight away and youll be killing stuff a lot quicker during leveling
By the time you get the combo points in slice and dice on a normal mob, you are better off to just use the damage attack vs speed buff since the mob will die before you get to use the speed buff for very long at all, and likely by the time you get to the next one that slice and dice buff will wear off. I'd just keep combo points till 3,4,5 then use Eviscerate at which time the mob will be pretty much dead. Slice and Dice would be good in longer fights that last more than one round of combo point building, most random things you find won't.
@@hang-the-93 use snd asap with 1-2 points depends on mob difficulty
Yep. SnD 1cp is enough Most of the times
Why is SnD unessecary, last time i played WoW sword+SnD and sinister was the abilities to use for fastes leveling
You kill one mob at a time. And the lower levels of s and d aren't good. Ergo waste of energy.
Why do i need to buy and train these while he's just clicking them like nothing?
Wtf you skip relentless in Assassination?
I went 5 into improved slice and dice cause I'm on PvE server.
Id swap gauge for 3 points into evasion. A stun is already a stun no need it to be longer imho.
Also i would take 1 point from Murder and poision from assasination tree and i would put them into Combat endurance = also much more sustain and you can combo it now pretty well with flurry on cooldown to pull massive AOE. At least i had good experience with that build and it profits more than 1% murder dmg
izidor You want as much time from gouge as you can get. It can give you time to stealth and start with full combo... So its actually pretty strong, but go for what you think is best and important
@@JA-zw9ju pvp wise ya but but for a "leveing guide" i see no reason to gauge.
@@izidor To bandage
Lmao pepega comment if I've ever seen one
You want more time in Gauge because each time you use Gauge on that target it get's diminishing returns for that stun.
I'm super paranoid and always ruin my spec by investing in stealth early on. How far away can people see me if they are equal level?
Enough to stop you in time if they are expecting you to engage.
kek those talents
Lol I really came here for the weapons progression dam
Me 2 im not sure if i need to stick to daggers, which weapon to wear in which hand cause that make a difference apparently
And also how i can switch from dagger to sword if thats better cause i only can fist, bow, dagger for now.
Retail wow is already complicated but wow classic is atleast chilled
Well its a game of 2004 it has to be chill
Just so you are aware. A faster off hand does not mean faster poison application, poison is controlled and limited by a Proc Per Minute system (PPM), a common misconception is that a faster off hand applies poison faster therefore increasing DPS, this is not always true.
Instant poison is not on a PPM system in Vanilla. It has a 20% chance to proc on each hit. It was not changed to PPM until somewhere in Wrath.
Try applying instant poison to both weapons, go dps something for 5 minutes and see how many stacks you have left on each weapon. Instant poison is not on ppm.
Does Sinister Strike actually interrupt auto attacks? I never noticed that happening
DomSchu no, proc from sword spec can reset your swing timer. And sinister strike can proc the extra swing from sword spec.
@@svenskerjoe Yeah, that's what I thought. He mentioned here that you have to time sinister strike between auto attacks. I've always gotten the best dps by just spamming it as much as possible.
@@DomSchu that is correct, ignore the guide in that regard
Lol the only part I cared about, weapons, you cut 😂
Isn't it a myth that fast off-hand = more poison procs? I thought poisons are based on procs per minute?
The way you pronounce eviscerate hahaha 😂
gl with that talents .. no poisons, no assassination talent. Its not leveling guide
Stack spirit? Roflcoptr
Drop all shit talents in assa except malice/isnd and take 11 point in sub - mod, camo and gs. Better stealth with lower cd and faster movement will save you a lot more time than small dps increase. Gs is great defensive cd, which also save a lot of downtime. Snd still useful, just use it with 1-2 points on fight start. Keep crippling poison on oh, dps loss is minimal, but a lot safer when you handle runners or being ganked. Make a macro:
/cast [stealth] Pick Pocket
/cast Ghostly Strike
/cast Riposte
/cast Sinister Strike
and just spam it.
Don't go weapon expertise. Expertise only helps you hit mobs higher levels than you where you glance which you never will be doing while leveling?
Unless that talent works different than other weapon skills it's useless.
Not gonna lie I get tired of all these rogue guides telling you to basically spec like you're rping a furywarrior
Years later and I echo this sentiment. I want to be subtlety, and everything says lol get good go combat, when I don't like the play style at all.
@awful.products.4649 then pick what you want man it's a game lol
Maaan you must hate your parents for naming you Metagoblin... :(
Your talent choices in the assassination tree are terrible. Ruthlessness and Relentless strikes are amazing talents. The fact you skipped over them completely tells me you don't know a damn thing about rogues and to not trust anything you say about rogues there after.
Skience 😂
Eviskerate 😂😂
Static damage bruh.
please reduce the bass in your voice recording, I have to turn my sub down every time i watch your vids :) thanks
lol wut kind of request is this. U want him to change his vocals so u dont have to turn a knob on ur sub. cant make this up
Joseph Carrizales hahaha bro wants him to use an EQ on his fucking voice recording? Can you master my album while you’re at it bro 😭😂
yet another low quality almost 0 effort "guide"...
Love how you stole the pannel idea from a number of other more respectdul youtubers.
I don't think any creator owns the legal wrights to the concept of a PowerPoint presentation lmao.
