Me in June 2024
Me too
Me 😊
@@ruicastanho4273 Me to - and I am hitting 74!
It’s 2024 and The Stones are still one of the BEST FUCKIN BANDS OF ALL TIME!
80’s were a blast!
This example of the Rolling Stones proves many a point , that they can dip there feet in any Genre of music and pull it off so professionally they are the Greatest Rock and Roll Band of all time.
Yesssss
Tout a fait 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😊😊😂
Yet one thing: that song is not theirs...
@@59060837782 Who's is it??????
You described THE BEATLES, not the Rolling Stones!! 😂 Mick’s biggest regret was always not having been born John Lennon!! 😂

R.I.P Charlie Watts, you will always be remembered for the incredible talent you had and shared it with people all over the world, and the drummer in the greatest rock n roll band so glad i got to see them live . My heart goes out to his family and the rest of the rolling stones you go out there on stage in the USA and do what you do best and do it for Charlie cos that is what he would have wanted
show de bola man
his best performance and he knows it, and he shows it at 1:16
R.I.P.🕊 - Rest In Paradise🕊 - Descansa En Paz🕊 CHARLIE WATTS!!! ... Thank You For Your Talent On The Drums, For The Music You Gave To Us With The ROLLING STONES!!! Your Musical Legacy Is The Mark You Leave To Mankind!!! Thanks So Much!!! PEACE🕊
THE ROLLING STONES !!!!CROSSED ALL BOUNDRIES 👍g
Rock Solid Tight as fcuk drummer. The Stones were awesome
Legends all. RIP Charlie.
Amen.
Rolling Stones + John Kricfalusi = one wild video.
Hopefully they didn't let John near any of the girls.
Don’t forget it was actually directed by Ralph Bakshi.
@@timepoet77Ah. So that’s why it was great.
Ralph did the live action segments, John did the animated segments
When this came out, I ran to the record store and bought the 45. Played it endlessly. Has the Stones signature sound blended with a bit of funk.
A Classic 80's Hit
When many thought
the Rolling Stones
were finished.
As a toddler my daughter danced away to this tune. Hundreds of times!
She just loved it.❤
In the 80's The Rolling Stones proved they could still rock you had to dance to this song Mick Jagger and Keith Richards are true rock legends.
Danced to this in the living room and outside on the driveway with the speakers booming
That song is older than the Rolling Stones
@@PRdeSO no, rolling stones were around a year before this song came out originally
Came for this song, stayed for the album
I remember watching this video in Mtv as a kid now i'm 44 and it brings back so many memories never gets old and after all these years still remains amazingly fresh and I'm enjoying it the same and more.... awesome timeless rock piece of art perfectly performed by the Rolling Stones the greatest rock band ever......R.I.P. Charlie Watts you will never be forgotten.....!!!!!!!!
Same age as you. This was my first exposure to The Rolling Stones
Au revoir Charlie 😢😢 merci pour tout, tu resteras toujours dans nos coeurs et dans toutes tes chansons.

Oh honey it’s okay
Et passe le bonjour à Brian
Mick is nothing but absolute SWAG
No doubt.
Mick Jagger nah more like Mick Swagger got that off loud house
Timeless
For those of you not around in the 80s, this is what the 80s looked like.
+pup lover Hell I was in the Nav. at that time but I can't remember what yr. this came out.P.s. The Stones didn't write this song
+John Toothill Jr. It's cover of Bob & Earl's recording '63. The Stones released it in 1986 and making it a hit for a second time.
+pup lover Amen.....
sounds fun.
pup lover You should have had the "fun" of parenting two young teenage girls in the 80's. They finally shut up one year after they each got sprayed on flowerdy jeans for Christmas.
80's swag at its best...it doesn't get any better than this, even in today's music!
Today’s music sucks ass!!!
Maroon 5 singer says he's like Mick Jagger and one of his song lyrics is that true is he as great as Mick Jagger???
Imagine one of the Beatles just trying to be this cool in 1988, this is a caliber of showmanship the Beatles didnt have, no matter what any of their fans say
agreed
Totally agree. No one was as cool as the stones.
ONE OF THEIR BEST SONGS
One of the music videos from my childhood that I have never forgotten & that I have absolutely loved and will continue to watch the rest of my life

Micks such a bloody brilliant mover.
Why was this not more popular?? It's great music.
U are so right
Where were u in the summer of 86 ? This song was on the radio non-stop .
it was more popular, but big radio hits can be easily forgotten after it was overplayed
Because it’s horrible
@@user-wk2qp8cp8x to each their own this song is the ONLY worthwhile thing on dirty work and even then I see why people didn’t like this cover and ignore that album altogether so I understand but I still love this tune
This song makes my feet itch....
Am thankful l was one of many to see Charlie & The Stones live in concert. Hell of an experience! R. I. P. Me. Watts. Rock on in heaven.
the iconic symbol of coolness...Keith Richards sly smile while exhaling at the end of this video...kinda like he's saying The Harlem Shake ain't got shit on us ;)
"The Greatest Rock & Roll Band in the History of Music" my famous quote.
Don't be stupid, that title belongs to the Beatles
@@PRdeSO agree to disagree... the stones have toured since 62 and still can bring it albeit less so than their prime.... but I’m sorry I think the stones and Zeppelin outdid the beatles by leaps and bounds
@@PRdeSO Fuck The Beatles, it belongs to the Stones.
@@PRdeSO Let's say The Beatles are "The Greatest POP Band in the History of Music" ;o)
Peace
Me encanta este tema de los Rolling stone de los años 60
"It's All Over Now", "Little Red Rooster", "Love In Vain", "Stop Breaking Down", "Ain't Too Proud To Beg", "It's Just My Imagination (Running Away With Me)", "Going To A Go-Go", "Harlem Shuffle" - one of the The Stones' fortes has always been taking an R&B/blues number and making it their own, hearkening back to their days as a glorified London club cover band, but with such style, taste and enthusiasm.
"style, taste and enthusiasm" Indeed! 😊
This song is a classic in my book
For those not around in the 60s this is not what they looked like but they still have it after all these years.
Strong bluesy backbeat. Underrated song
One of the best songs and videos from The Stones :-) Love how cool they all look - Mick and his moves :-)
Yeah, real cool with cigarettes dangling from their chops. See how cool they feel when they're coughing up blood.
THE LEGENDARY GOAT BAND ROLLING STONES....MICK N KEITH RICHARDS....BATMAN N ROBIN....LONG LIVE THE ROLLING STONEZZZ....😮🙏
The Harlem shuffle was a dance from the 1950's,60's
no shit?
@@MrMocniMax Look up Wayne Cochran Harlem Shuffle
One of the best videos the Stones ever made. Bob and Earl would be proud.
Charlie Watts' infamous snare drum❤️🔥
Maybe "famous"? I'm not sure that Charlie's snare will live in infamy along with Pearl Harbor.
Que en paz descanse el gran Charlie Watts, una leyenda eterna e irreemplazable del rock!!! Mis condolencias a su familia y a los fanáticos de los stones!! 🙏
I’m gonna shake your tail feather baby

Mr Nonchalant...Charlie Watts RIP 🙏
It was great to see the Rolling Stones revive this great song originally done by Bob & Earl back in January of 1964, right when Beatlemania was first happening. Bob & Earl, a great R&B duo from L.A.
Of course, the Bob & Earl original trumps this, since its opening horns were sampled in "Jump Around"
One of the best music videos of all times
One of my favorite Stones songs!
In my opinion, one of the best videos ever made.
well, your opinion does not count. heheeeheheeh. just kidding.
Good thought..
Eric Beaulieu I ASKED MY WIFE AND SHE SAID SHUT UP YOU TROLLLLL. HEHEHEEHEHHEEHEH. RELAX, BEBE.
That's stretching it a bit. It's good, yes, but not earth shattering.
henrik h For kids, possibly. It's not a patch on Doom and Gloom by The Stones.
What a frontman Mick! Amazing.
Mick IS the Stones. Without him and Keith of course, there is no Stones.
I think Mick and Keith are spiritual brothers that are infused by the love and passion of and through music! Mick is a phenomenal performer and always has great hair! Keith is one of the best guitarist in the world! I love his style of clothes and everything about Keith! May Mick and Keith rock the music forever!❤❤❤❤
TY Charlie for all the great music you made!!! RIP!!!
Aah the 80`s...best time for british music, glad I did not miss it.
you sure this is the best?
Sorry. You did miss it if you weren’t around in the 60s.
Good point. Often think of 60s Brit invasion etc. 80s were crazy with Brit music
The 60's!!!
The only Rolling Stones tune I love. Very classy and catchy!
the best... Rolling stones..
Amazing what you can do with basically two chords!
Gran banda legendaria. sus éxitos nunca pasarán de moda
Amazing song, amazing video!!!
Keith Richards, the master!
Still listening you guys rock!! Love you!! You guys were way ahead of your time thanks!!
Rock façon rollings stones indémodable 👏👏👏👏 bisous
Love this song 💖
Bought this 45 as a kid in the 80's when it came out i believe it was blue or red.. wish i had my 45's lost during a move.. Love this jam still as well as the original!! Loved Ren and Stimpy later!! Wife and I still Ren and Stimpy fans! Detroiter here and once after a show downtown in the 00's I could'nt buy a ticket but walked around stadium at night to hear and then when walking along the 375 side after the concert the band bus crossed the highway as i walked in front, you all were in the front window it was amazing!! We staired at eachother you probably thought I was Jack White, that dude stole my style since college I am a year older than him.. Was amazing to see you guys!! Real deal Detroit Auto family here and artist I did the drawing of you guys for Bob Harris "the oldest Rolling Stone Fan" ~ Love Ya!!!
No one can do it better than Stones!
I miss this Era!! Life was great and most of the Music was great!!
What a great song and the Stones do it perfect.

Una de mis canciones favoritas de los Stones.
Mick got so much soul...he learned a lot from our culture..
Happy Birthday Mick. 80 today. Incredible.
🎊🎁🎂🥳.
1:39 In this scene, the tombstones have the names of those who produced the animated portions of the music video. (John Kricfalusi, Lynne Naylor, Bob Jaques, Jim Smith, Patrick Ventura and (Gill?) P. obviously). the one that is not credited is Vicky Jenson, the background artist of the sequences.
Tombstones!!!! I liked it! Probably the more accurate name for the band is: The Coffin Doggers
Not to mention, Ralph Bakshi also helped out on this.
My favourite Rolling Stones cover
When they were going on Tour in 1975, they did a Promo and they talked about how in Harlem whenever a Show was coming up, they would do it that way too. These guys are just too much sometimes but you can't help but love them.
One of the greatest, underrated and tragically underappreciated music videos of all time! This deserved more recognition! That little kitten has been stuck in my mind for 2 months and going!
Also, that it is made at............ 1986?!!! It proves that the animation style for Ren and Stimpy are able to hold on for three decades! Timeless and Magical! Better looking than He-Man from 1984 and the Simpsons shorts from 1987! John Kricfalusi is truly one of the greatest masters of animation!
Puts me in mind of Ralph Bakshi.
Its a good animator and very good artist but he is in the real life a little bit.... Psychotic
1985
Ralph Bakshi was one of the directors of the video.
Ren and Stimpy was the first thing I thought of (well actually Fritz the Cat!). I wonder if this is where the inspiration for Paula Abdul's Opposites Attract video came from. Cool as...
Rest in Peace Mr. Charlie Watts !! ❤⚘🇬🇧🔥👏👏👏 Thanks for All !!! 🇦🇷👍From Rep.Argentina#
one of his best dance songs!
They tightened up the original perfectly. Love them both
Great R&B covers were always The Stones' forte.
Love ,love,you all
Rock on
Another work of cool and suave from the great stones! Thumbs up.
Yeah! Yeah! Yeeeaaah!
One of the greatest cover songs of all time. Always makes me want to dance.

One of my favs by the stones! Thanks for sharing!!!
In the 80's if you never witnessed these videos you wanted to dance this was rock'n'roll at its best Mick Jagger was great with Keith Richards those were the great days of rock'n'roll and dancing to great songs.
I´m sad, Rest in Peace, Charlie!
I love the song and I love the animation. This video is better than Cool World 1992. I should say this long time ago, great job,Ralph Baskin.
Doesn't get any better than this - Bakshi and The Stones
No it was John Kricfalusi
David Atkinson I stand corrected! The genius behind Ren & Stimpy, then. Thanks!
+Morcaiden No it's Bakshi, John K. was head animator.
Yes, it was Ralph Bakshi
Do that harlem shuffle!
This is my zumba song!
1986....born harlem shuffle....my 25 years old !!!!!!!!!!
Awesome song, saw Stones concert in Brisbane in the 80s... they're legends and Keith's a pirate
Pure 1980s video. Love it. Great rythm.
Love Charlie's extremely minimalist drumming in the video, fully intentional of course and all part of the Charlie Watts mystique.... cool as all get out.
1:05 . . it looks like he's ready to fall asleep :)
Never gets old
Temazooo!!! A mi madre le encanta!!!
Love Ralph Bakshi! He directed this. All the animation. So cool. 😎
Buen viaje Charlie!!! No hay palabras para agradecerte por tu talento. Descansa en paz y de vez en cuando guíñanos un ojo a los que desde aquí te seguimos escuchando, eternamente enamorados de The Rolling Stones.
Oh snap... another great tune by this incredible band ... long time since I’ve listened to this one
Hello Joan, How are you doing?
best dance song ever
I discover this music on spotify, now i always play it every time i work. I love old musics from 60-20s
This was my first time listening to this and tbh this song sounds good for making a Dance Choreography 😍😍😍
Happy 30th anniversary to the Harlem Shuffle.
Time is on our side baby.
It's over 50 years old actually
Bob and Earl had the original version in 1964 which was a minor hit.
Nice to see someone who knows their music history.
Freaking AMAZING. Stones forever x
Excellent as always
Mick is a complete showman !!
Is he ever. Not neccesarily the best ever singer but the best frontman of any band. And what entertainer on stage.
Sacré showman Mick merci 👍👍👍
Probably not everyone favourite Rolling stones song, but I like it. It is very Underrated song and I think it's great. Maybe it should comeback hit for them around that time.
I love all Mick's move's he's perfect the best that's ever been. But when he does the move where he's pointing always the perfect move , perfect timing pure genius as a master lyricist and mover and the perfect sexy voice and facial expressions to deliver the song always how can u argue w perfection.we are blessed whatever generation your from to experience Mick and the boys these 50 years
The Rolling Stones Version Of This Song Went To Number 5 On The Billboard Hot 100 Chart In 1986.
The 80's was the best
