Topwater Stripers Everywhere! Chasing Blitzing Stripers in the Kayak

Good morning of fishing Narragansett Bay RI. Took the kayak out to target the roaming schools of peanut bass and bluefish and didnt take long to find them. Was really hoping there'd be some nicer fish out there, and while no big ones, some were nicer than others.
used mostly 7" doc "canal rigged", single front treble hook rigged with a split ring to swivel to split ring (roughly a 4/0 hook with 130lb split rings and swivel)

I always enjoy "quantity over quality". It's a lot of fun and there's still the chance for a big one in the mix.
Western LIS has been very active with bluefish since tropical storm Ophelia, which helped the water temperatures drop from the lower 70s to the mid to upper 60s. That also got the gators to become much more aggressive. I posted 2 videos on my channel of blues blitzing a week ago.
