- Originally, I was planning to make one LONG edit for both couples. However, many people requested separate edits. I kept the theme of the edits similar by using the same song, just different renditions of the song “Rewrite the Stars”. There will be some scenes that are the same in both edits, especially the ones relating to the twin sisters.
This second couple’s story is well-developed and beautiful. Qingkui’s character is a very graceful and beautiful sister who would ended up sacrificing herself for her loved ones. Chaofeng gives off this charisma as a kind, but sometimes not so nice, bad-boy dark prince. He has an interesting complex personality and you will see his gradual character development. Their somewhat opposite personality is a perfect match for each other. I’m so glad that Chaofeng switched the marriage carriages so that each sister could meet their respective soulmate. This is my first time making an edit for a second lead couple and they’ve stolen my heart equally as the main couple.

QingKui and Chaofeng marriage when they were imprisoned should be listed as one of the most beautiful, romantic, tragic, saddest, dramatic wedding scene in cdrama. Music score was on point.
There's a prison wedding in Love Like The Galaxy, I also enjoyed that one. Same as what you described here.
Finally a series with equal lead couples. Emotion balanced with humor is an added value. It deserves a place in my series library. Thank you for the excellent editing.
I like both couples in this drama but I love how the second leads' relationship progressed. Both Qingkui and Chaofeng got me hooked on the the first half of the drama. Their story, for me, is not the typical love story. Chaofeng looking like a villain but he's a softie inside. Qingkui's really a wise and kind person.
Their visuals were really their strongest point... chaofeng as cunning-calculative man who can change from his expressions to his talks in few seconds..
Qi Tan as pure personality who is filled with love and warmth (she as a sister was best) ....

Chaofeng found his ‘perfection/mine’ and Qingkui met her ‘imperfection/person’ . These two always put a smile to my face cus subconsciously they walked into each other’s hearts to a forever

Recently watched this drama. At least one drama of this genre should be made every year imo😅. It is very enjoyable ; it can be considered in Best Dramas category but I have watched the similar plot a little bit more times. Some people liked it more than Ashes of Love but AOL is still my first love😂.

Every single episode , total 40 episodes..a masterpiece of love romance, humor, action,perfect story line, all characters main or supporting had good characters development, songs didn't suck, no unnecessary side story that doesn't add up....my fav...chaofeng and manman.

@@itslonelysaram6722 Ahhh....yes those websites don’t always have high-resolution episodes. I usually try to upload edits at least 1080p or higher on CZcams, but the resolution usually ends up lower than my original file that’s exported from my program.

He has difficult life in the void, the leftover prince, has to crawl from the very bottom of military rank to be wherever he is now despite him being the child of The Void Emperor, mother was falsely accused and the whole clan was wiped out. It is just natural for him to possess such a devilish most cunning trait, the burning rage and grudge against the Void Empress, and the last thing he needs in his perfect plan is to fall for the soon-to-be crown princess of Void Realm. Fate played him hard here, he was just busy with his own business, and then there is Qing Kui with all her grace, gentleness, warmth, and charms. Qing Kui for Chao Feng is Youqin for Yetan, both of them give these betrayed poor little souls new hope for life. Well, had ChaoFeng let QingKui escape from the void realm with Yetan that time, he would lead an easier life but meaningless one

I love this couple so much. They had complex problems and were able to overcome them. Like Chaofeng's lies. I loved their loyalty to each other, like the main couple.
By the way, do you put random squares in the video to prevent copyright strikes? I noticed them in the other FMV for the Starry Love and I just noticed it in the Alchemy of Souls video that is currently playing.
I think Chaofeng neeed Qingkui's love, just like the other couple needed each other to love and grow. I am glad that both mother-in-laws loved their son's wives and that made life a whole lot more interesting and nice.
The actor playing Chaofeng is scary hot. Like, the ML is handsome, but this guy, lol, all I can think of is how to get him to put a baby in me 😁 It's hard to concentrate, he's hot and handsome. I am glad he didn't play the ML because his look isn't suited for that role, just the look 😁

In this video, the square appears on the middle left side of the screen after 3:22 and I can still see it at 3:27. It looks white, but the one in the Alchemy of Souls looked golden, was bigger and on the right hand side of the screen. It's just an outline of a square with smooth corners, and very thin lines on the edge. It doesn't block out any part of the video.
I have fixed the error I made with the time stamp. I see the square both on my smart TV as well as my cell phone so it's consistently on the video.

Thank you! This older twin sister sacrificed herself to save her younger twin sister and love ones. Unfortunately, the younger sister sacrificed herself later (in the other edit I made) to save the world. Both male ML and SL had to wait for the twin sisters to be reborn again, hence the 1 year wait. Both couple get a very SHORT happy ending. I wish they showed the sisters in human form rather than still being flowers. 😅
