@@INCIARTE4x4 hey man got them and put them in sadly my right one seems faulty as the blinker gives a fault. Also did you have any issues getting the bumper extensions to clip into the center of the headlight, mine won’t clip on either side to the headlight. Was just curious if you knew anything I didn’t, I contacted Anzo support

Just the Grill and be carefully with the side panels when you taking out the lights.

Did these come with bulbs? I just bought these exact headlights but from a gaht damn chinese scam company. No harness came with it and it was missing plugs as well.
I’m going to order these, the true set, but do they come with bulbs and if not they only H1 bulbs correct? Also, what bulb do you use for the Amber corner markers?

@@INCIARTE4x4 both top and bottom corner ambers have their own bulbs? Why do pictures of these headlights show only the top Amber will take a bulb and the bottom amber is blocked off with wires coming out of the port? Like as if only the top Amber takes a bulb?
How is the beam pattern and brightness of the low beams? I have a 21 custom trail boss and the headlights are horrible. Thanks

What happens during the day when your truck is running and you put it in gear. I have a set of Recon headlights and when you put it in gear the DRL's turn off and the low beams come on because those are the DRL's on a custom Silverado. You actually have to turn them on by activating your marker lights or headlights. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed after spending $1,400 on headlights, and it's too late to return them at this point. Do these Anzo headlights work the same way, or do they have true DRL's that stay on when you put the truck in gear? If they do I'm definitely ordering these and selling my Recon headlights.
Sorry for the late… Bro my truck have almost the same light programer but the only difference thing as yours is when my low beams coming ON the DRL stay ON, and I manually turn the knob switch to the right and the low beam coming of and my DRL stays ON, that’s why I can keep running with only my DRL, now its part of my daily Hahaha when a step in turn the truck and them twist the knob. Hopefully that answer your question

I actually did speak with somebody at Anzo, and they stated that the additional wiring harness that comes with the kit is designed to operate the new plank style drls in place of the factory system (low beams). Actually just received my headlights today using your discount code from the video. Either way they look way cooler than the Recon headlights and are several hundred dollars cheaper.

@@000SEAN000 unfortunately the person I spoke with at Anzo USA was incorrect about how the headlights function. The additional wiring harness is for the initiation feature when the vehicle is unlocked. These headlights do not have a designated DRL wire going to the fuse box. The factory connector plugs directly into the back of the headlight housing, so there is no pigtail connector with exposed wiring to do a fuse tap to make the plank lights true DRL's. I haven't came across any headlights for the custom that offer a DRL set up that will override the factory system and perform as true DRL's. The low beams on a Silverado custom are the DRL's when the vehicle is put into gear. It works the same way with these Anzo headlights. When the truck is put into gear only the upper projector low beams illuminate just like your factory headlights. If you flick the headlight knob to the left it will turn off your factory DRL's (AKA low beams). Then there will be no lights illuminated on the truck. One click to the right the factory DRL system will turn off and it will turn on the parking lights which then illuminates the outer plank lights. It also illuminates the amber marker lights in the headlights, your tail lights and tag lights. That is the only way you can have them on during the day without actually turning on your headlights. I replace my $1, 400 Recon headlights with these. After comparing them both the Anzo's are way better. They look like something that would come from the factory. The lenses, craftsmanship and light output are superior to my Recon headlights, not to mention they're about $400 less. Keep in mind the high and low beam our integrated LEDs. If the headlight goes out you have to replace the entire headlight, can't just replace a bulb. I'm sure the headlights will Outlast my 21 Silverado🙄😂. I don't see any way to share a video on here but their are several videos on CZcams, but nobody really explains how they truly function. This may be way more information than you needed, but these are things I wanted to know before buying these headlights. I couldn't find any answers so I just had to buy them and hope for the best. With all that said stay clear of any knockoffs on Amazon or Ebay. Personally I would stay clear of Recon to. I've been dealing with a warranty issue on my Recon headlights for 12 months now and it still hasn't been resolved. Needless to say I'm not too happy with that company, that's why I ended up purchasing a new set from Anzo USA. To make a long story even longer I would 💯% recommend these headlights over anyting else on the market. There is a lot of name-brand headlight manufacturers, but not a lot of options for the custom Silverado. They also only fit 19-21, and 22 limited, which let's be honest it's a leftover 21 that didn't sell due to the chip shortage. These will not fit the 22-23 refresh.
@@k.innesxd5627 you need to look at Gen5diy and get the harness that turns the amber signal/parking lights into the drls instead of the headlights.

For my Understand Morimoto doesn't have headlights for 2020-2021 Silverado 1500, only for 2500HD or previous years of 1500
And also I can't talk bad about a brand that I don't review before, but I can share my experience with ANZO, are amazing lights I have the Tail lights as well, going off road 2-3 times per month, and no scratches, no plastic faded, leds working fine since day one, and I have them for over a year.

@@INCIARTE4x4I have replaced every exterior light on my 2014 Silverado with Morimoto. And my morimoto XB led headlights are less than 4 months old and the driver side has already stopped working due to a burned wire in one of their resistors mounted on the back of the headlight assembly. I’ve been back and forth with them for a week about warranty. They overnighted (it took 4 days to get to me) the part to fix it and they sent the wrong part. For $1500 headlights I shouldn’t be sent the parts to repair, I should be sent a replacement set. I’m driving to Headlight Revolution on Wednesday and I’m not taking no shit. They are going to send me home with a new set
Hopefully they fix the problem, well like I said before I don't know about Morimoto... next time ANZO USA, and I have a big comunity on my social media channels where I share my reviews and discount codes and never had a bad feedback for a follower, #GOANZO Lol
