Danny put F1 on the US map. Most F1 drivers are aloof and not too media friendly, now driver personalities shine and it opens the door for collabs like this. Excellent work by his team to do this

They were SO RIGHT when they were talking about the power of having a coach. I quit swimming for almost 10 years and I’ve been swimming with a coach for about 5 months and I’m rapidly approaching the times I hit in high school. It’s wild. Even if you just join a rec club or something it can make such a big difference.

I’m honestly so proud and happy to see this show have such production value. Fantastic interview as well, super honest and human, really really dope. My only criticism is that there wasn’t much driving at all. I get that it’s not really possible to properly interview while driving from a technical perspective and I think the fact that the guest is so used to the feeling of speed like that makes for little reaction, I wish there was more movement. Like, isn’t that the whole point? Other than that tho this is so so great and I can’t wait to see more :)
It’s a trial and error fix as you go concept. Respect for Noel giving this a go and tackling on a task that mixes his passion.
Some people would just rather record the same video over and over making the boring reaction videos about Cut or the button.

Really cool concept and hard to pull off. I want more interview questions while driving but i understand driver and guest cant really fully think the questions over while going fast as fuck. i would like to see like a rapid round with short yes/no questions that you dont have to think too seriously about while blasting at top speed. Version 2 of the car looks so awesome. building an electric car from scratch is so cool, i cant wait to see more.

I wonder how you could make the gimmick work better, without messing with the interview too much.
Because Noel is a great interviewer if he was driving during the interview it wouldn't work as well.
It could be noel asking the question and launching for 1 lap as the guest tries to answer, but that would lose the dialog.
Maybe a fun (but very dangerous) way would be to have a remote controlled/secret driver so the guest are confused and scared when noel doesn't pay much attention to the racing.
Obviously that would never be revealed.
But the shots of noel looking at scared guests while asking them followup questions with the track flying by would be really funny.
I think the issue was he had to hold the mic, maybe a mounted mic would help somewhat. it would also be funny if they just had an intern in a backseat holding the mic between them
was missing noel content so much so i went to his profile to watch some old videos and saw there was this new one. the youtube algo did NOT show me. what is going on youtube??? the quality of this video is amazing. show it to more people!!!
