Could have added that right hand opponent almost always plays lowest equal of honors. Therefore, when RHO plays the heart Q on the first board you can be almost sure that the J of hearts is with the left hand opponent. That means that you can almost certainly rule out that the lead was from a doubleton already at trick one.

Do robots use guile? For example, if LHO leads the 4, would right hand robot ever conceal the 2 or 3 by playing a higher spot card?

The robots very frequently use "guile" If the small pip doesn't matter to trick taking they will randomly select a card to play which quite often can be higher. Humans rarely do though.

On that last hand how were you able to determine that west wasn't holding a 5 club suite? couldn't he have led from K7652 ?

Remember, when the robots have a 5-card suit, they lead the 4th best card. That means that when they lead from a 5-card suit, they must have a card in their hand in that suit lower than the card they led. On the last hand, the robot led the 2 of clubs. There is no card lower than the 2, so therefore the lead cannot be from a 5-card suit.
