I did this and Nym's last night. The Nym's is 100% accurate. The only change to this walk-through is that the droids in the droid room will mess you up w/o any ranged defenses. My MTK/MDoc was fully doc/ent buffed, in 80% composite and still had to pop a brandy, vegnarian(?) AND a muon gold spice. They were destroying my mind and action bars. Be wary. The AT-ST was super easy.
WOW! Just ran this on basillisk! I ran this over 30 times on live with all of the toons that I had. This is crazy. Your video made it so easy so I didn't have have printouts at my desk like I did before. You're Average View Duration on this video should be pretty high. I watched the entire thing. AndrewAlderaan told me about your video.

This video saved me so much time! FYI currently on Basiilisk you will need to drag the Core overload things onto the box itself rather than the game doing it automatically.

that room with the red ring'd droids is brutal.
Walked through the door and had like 5 droids and 3 scientists just turn and whack me in like 15 seconds. Had to go all the way back to theed to get rebuffed and heal up.
when i came back, i didn't even step into the bunker and all those droids from before just teleported through the bunker and outside to kill me a second time.

I remember back on Live Pre-CU on Tempest the server reset while i was down there and it placed me inside one of those cages. Was stuck for a day before a ADMIN released me.

the room where you use the control rods has likely changed. you now have to click the box thing in the back of the room to remove the rods
it did, I had to click the box yesterday

Great Guide it almost made the warren easy!
I needed to have a combat medic a doctor, and another Teras Kasi/BH ( plus my character was a Master TK and Master Commando) four alts total and it took 4 tries to make it through. I found that there were several rooms starting with the rogue droid room that kept spawning and chasing. From your video it looks like once you took them out you had time to do what you needed to do... but for us the spawns just kept dropping. We had piles of rogue droids... the only way was to keep one person attracting keeping them busy while I raced over to deactivate the cannon. Our stats buffed were around 2k with ave 80% armor. I would say we could drop any of the spawn in about the same time you could with your Kasi. I threw a box of proton Grenades and they had 0 effect. My flame thrower was great since it could hit them from across the room but the TK made the quickest work of them.
Still it was great fun and I racked up a ton exp ( which I am maxed out on anyways).

Sounds like there was some sort of bug because the Rogue Droid should not respawn that quickly.
I use this video every time I do the warren. 3 times on SR and 4 times on Infinity.

Edit: Did it with Rifleman, not a tank, but good buffs and armor, average T21 weapon, was no problem solo, not sure i even used a stim for heals. Also, were two other solo players inside, one took the reactor coils, so the drums were empty, however was not a problem because they did what they needed to do with the reactor rooms, so I was able to get my 4 evidence disks without a hitch.

This walkthrough is awesome man. I would also like to point out that its an ALTERED ATST not an ALERTED ATST. They put a krayt dragon brain inside of it!
Yeah. There are huge bones in room nearby.
If any of you have problems with the data terminals not giving you an option to download the disks, in the radial menu, try a soft log. If that doesn't work, hard log and it should fix. The same thing with the two reactor terminals. The first time I touched them it didn't do anything. I had to relog and then go back to the first, touch it to get the green text confirmation then the second and boom, all set.

THE GUIDE IS NOW OUT OF DATE, the letter now disappears when you speak to the lady for the compassion badge EDIT: groups cannot complete this is any way together without everyone having the letter now. This is fucked, enjoy waiting 30 mins for each letter spawn...
