What I really enjoy about Kpop is how fun, bright and playful it is. This is something that is currently lacking in the North American music industry. Bright, happy pop is often looked down on in the US. For example, Billie Eilish, Taylor Swift’s Folklore and Olivia Rodrigo’s sad songs are dominating. Kpop music is feel-good and positive
Katy Perry, Carly Rae Jepsen, Rihanna, Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, Madonna, Whitney Houston… bright happy pop has absolutely dominated Western music for the past couple decades.

That is because they are not actually singing 😖😅 idk if you're a kpop fan but this is pretty common in kpop and twice is one of the groups that rarely ever perform live if ever since they're some of the weakest vocalist in the genre. Regardless, they're talented performers and so charismatic that nobody gives a damn about it lol their title tracks are very addictive as well

@@fritztagaloguin9749 She's on hiatus due to anxiety her last hiatus wasn't enough for her to make a full recovery so I just pray she's okay & as much as I'm OT9 till I die & I say this because I know TWICE has another album coming up, I just hope that Jeongyeon doesn't feel like she has to come back even if she's not compleatly ready too if she does comeback for the album I pray she's 100% okay because thats when she should comeback, the process shouldn't be rushed especially if TWICE are going on tour again!
