10:55 Imagine walking or biking by and you just a see a friggin 4-4-0 steam locomotive sitting in this guy's shed.
Pretty nice how this part contains LOTS of old engines.
Here we go my favorite all the western locomotive love old 4-4-0s
Loving this series so far, I’ve learned a lot about locomotives I hadn’t known much about before. Great work, very much looking forward to the next one.
I hope 587 appears in the third part, or the honorable mentions. Her movie feels underrated.
The Eureka and the Glenbrook also make appear in the 2021 game, Railroads Online!
Awesome video!
I really hope 4449 will be on this list
Dude the eureka is my favorite locomotive and part and poor 2101 as I remember watching Christopher Kovacs retired steam excursion stars also I heard some pats of the music of your long lost British and America steam locomotives!
Also when my friends say you’re named after the rock! And I say this “I’m also named after the Rock Island”.
Plus Baltimore and Ohio’s 25/William Mason ran in our area here a lot of time past!
Wait is there going to be a part of top 15 movie star steam locomotives
Oooooh boy. You have no idea how happy it made me to see Eureka on this list. She's my favorite steam locomotive, and, IMHO, the best-looking 4-4-0 in preservation today.
I'm hopeful that I'll get to see her in a few years if the SVRy can convince Dan to bring her up here for their 50th anniversary of heritage operations.
Now that part 3 is near. Here are my locomotives that I think have a 50/50 chance of being in the last five parts or honorable mentions.
. Norfolk and Western M Class 475:
Pros: Stared in the 1999 movie, Thomas and the Magic Railroad.
Cons: Might be larger than PM 1225 and could be in the honorable mentions.
. GWR Hall Class 5972 Olton Hall
Pros: Stared in the Harry Potter movies.
Cons: Is a British Steam Engine and may only be for American Steam Engines.
. Union Pacific 844:
Pros: Stared in Grandpa worked on the railroad and Shining Time Station.
Cons: Might be larger than 1225 and might be in the honorable mentions.
. Pennsylvania Railroad 1223
Pros: Stared in the 1969 movie Hello Dolly.
Cons: Was dressed up and it’s cosmetics were a little too modern
You'll have to find out for yourself once I upload it. 😉
#1702 was a movie star as well it was two films. The locomotive is still there today with GSMR
& Is My Favourite Locomotive Along With SOU 722 Which Is Also At The GSMR
@@piyasutra mine too it has already started restoring 722 back into service with GSMR
I am still waiting for part 3
When will you do part 3 already it’s been a month since part 2
Baldwin #7177 Not much is left of her but she's basically a sister to Glenbrook.
1:57 did we hear the names of the main villain of the Pokémon Anime?
What does that have to do with this list, especially considering the movie was made nearly 60 before Pokémon even existed?
@@TKSP4449He’s making a reference to the names of the Pokémon villains are named Jessie & James, named after the movie
Why does the D&R 8 have those stupid little deer antlers on its headlight?
Don't ask me. But I do agree. They do look kinda weird on an engine like No. 8.
Its NORTH FREEDOM, not new freedom , Wisconsin . At 7:30
Sorry about that. Guess I got it mixed up with New Freedom, PA where the Northern Central Railway is located.
One thing about JW Bowker (#21) is that it reminds me of somebody who is an engine with a 2-4-0 wheel arrangement & is known for wearing a baseball hat for a headlamp & for pulling a circus train. Can you guess who?
You wouldn't happen to be referring to Casey Jr. from _Dumbo,_ would you?
@@TKSP4449 Yes.
@@TKSP4449 Oh & does it also look similar to Linus?
@@julyleonard Yeah, it kinda does, except Linus didn't pull a circus train.
I am so still waiting
I'm almost done with part 3. I just ran into a bit of a snag when editing. I can't give a time as to when it'll be finished, so just be patient.
almost done.@@TKSP4449
How soon will part 3 be coming out
As soon as I can. I can't really give a specific date as to when I upload my videos because life happens.
@@TKSP4449when will part 3 will be out.
@@TKSP4449it’s be 2 months
Yeah no. They are keeping 38 and restoring it to operating condition because they did not get to keep skookum. They did donate the34 to railtown and actually most of his collcction was in decent shape cause it qas on the dryier side of oregon
I already found out that ownership of No. 34 had been transferred to Railtown a while back, but I had no idea the OCSR were restoring No. 38 til now. I'd still like to know what's going on with the rest of Kepner's collection, especially No. 18.
Bowker is pronounced Bow as in taking a bow, please.
We’re is he
When you say V&T, sounds like you’re saying “B&T”. Can you correct your saying?
9 was built in 1870 not 1970
When did I say that?
@@TKSP4449 in the number 8 spot
