Ingredients :
For paste :
1 Bundle spinach
1/2 Cup Coriander leaves
2 Tbsp chopped Coconut
2-3 Green chilli
Some Water
For rice :
1•5 Tbsp Butter
1/4 Cup chopped Coriander leaves
1 Chopped yellow Capsicum
1 Chopped red Capsicum
1/4 Cup Boiled corn
Salt to taste
1/4 TSP mix herbs
1/4 TSP Chilli flakes
1/4 TSP Oregano
1 Cup uncooked rice
For white sauce :
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
1/4 Chopped Spinach
1 Tbsp Wheat flour
1 Cup milk
1/4 TSP Oregano
1/4 TSP chilli flakes
Salt to taste
1 Cube grated cheese
Sprinkle chilli flakes & oregano
