Nice video...How is your plant doing now? Did it survive the winters? We have a smaller potted curry leaf plant that I'd like to plant in the ground eventually. (Zone 9a Spring Hill FL) The taste is very weird and unique. I'm looking for ways to use it in American cooking. How many leaves do you put in your rice? I'd like to try it. Thanks!

The curry plant made it through the winter. I cut it back a bit and it has grown even more than before. It is doing great. I actually don't use curry in my food but I do use it in my hot tea every day along with the moringa.
