Baker has been a mediocre to average manager for 30 years that's just hung around. From Solomon Torres to Russ Ortiz to essentially blaming Bartman for losing which was bullshit. Being a terrible bullpen manager. Blowing a 2-0 lead with Reds. Choking with Nationals then riding coattails of a great roster.
